Munchkin Bath Dunkers Toy Set

Munchkin Bath Dunkers Toy SetThis looked good and that's where it ended. Good concept, seems like fun, but is cheap in both quality and design. It hung on our bathtub wall for 10 seconds the first time (without anything in it)! After repeated tries to have just the hoop alone adhere we gave up. It is being returned ASAP (I hope they take it back). Not a good product at all. Do not waste your time and money.

After babysitting for our first grandchild, we already had so many toddler toys for our second to play with. For #2's first birthday, we put together a big box of assorted bath toys, and this was a great addition! The suction cups hold the hoop at the perfect level for him to be able to make "dunk shots" with the colorful little "balls";, which are also squirters. When I'm short on time and end up giving both boys a bath at the same time, this is also a favorite of Big Brother. (I did find that while the suction cups didn't work well on the bath wall, they adhered terrifically to the side of the tub.) The bottom of the net has a string that can be pulled to easily store the balls. These kinds of toys are perfect for easing the trepidation babies sometimes feel when they graduate in our case, from the closed-in security of the kitchen sink! to an adult bathtub, which certainly must feel like an ocean to them. We were very pleased with this purchase.

Further basketball player! We love this so much. I cut the bottom of the net so he can put in bigger size balls. This is great! He broke the first one so we are on our second.

Or sticks; you know, the suction cups, that is. Ours stays in place on typical 4" ceramic bathroom tiles. Sometimes it slides if dear son pulls on it, but then I remove it completely, wet the cups, and press it back on. It usually stays on for weeks, until I remove it to clean. Our son loves playing with the fish, squeezing them underwater to blow bubbles, then squeezing the water out back into the tub. My only real complaint is with the backboard (aqua molded plastic with palmtrees). It comes off the net easily, and my son would *constantly* remove it and expect me to put it back on. Drove me nuts! So I threw it away; problem solved. Still, it was extremely annoying for a long while, so I'm knocking off a star.
