Do you realize how many kids can't tell time on a regular clock with "hands"? My grandkids couldn't as they're used to the digital clocks. I bought this to help them learn. It's well made and sturdy. I look forward to "playing" with them. It's a toy/teaching tool that will be around for many years.
I wanted one of these toys for my child. Most of them only come in plastic and I try to avoid plastic when I can. I was happy to find this toy because it was wooden and made in the USA. It is so cute and old fashioned.
