Infantino Vibrating Strawberry Teether

I received this for my 6 month old daughter after I discovered that the Sassy Butterfly with the vibrating wing was no longer available. I thought that was a great toy but this is better! With the previous, a baby would have to bite the wing and bend the rest of the toy up or down for the wing to vibrate which my first daughter loved as a baby. The Infantino version, however, vibrates if it is bitten anywhere on the berry, or on the grapes in our case. We actually have the grape version, almost identical to this one. What I LOVE about it is 1, it teaches cause and effect to babies. If you bite down, it will vibrate. If you stop biting, it will stop vibrating. 2, the biting area is big enough that if your baby doesn't bite hard enough there is plenty of room for you to give it a little squeeze up near the "leaf" area to make it vibrate. If you have a teething infant, you NEED this. If you want to give a gift to someone with a baby GET this. Babies love it, teething or not. My little one giggles when we play with it. It has helped out on several airplane rides!

I would highly recommend this teether! My 7 month old LOVES it!! When she bites down it vibrates and she loves the feeling on her gums! Definitely one of the best buys I've made!!

My 5 month old teething baby loves this toy when it vibrates, however it having only one spot to activate the vibrating is annoying and you have to press it hard to do so. this limited how much I could press it for him. I recieved it as a gift and the texture is great, somewhat soft and rubbery, so its not a total waste. Plus it has an odd grape smell to it(even after washing/wipting it), not sure if thats intentional

I tried several other teethers that you freeze or refridgerate and some that were just squishy but my 5 month old hated them all. This is the only teether he will use. At first he was a little hesitant but once he realized that he controlled the vibrating he likes it. He doesnt chew on it for hours but it has definatly been the best so far.
