soft material, i was pleased with the product. My daughter is a 22 months old toddler and she fits this costume perfectly. i can not imaging a 3 or 4 year old could fit in this costume. But the product stated it was for 2T to 4T!

Fits like a glove, although the feet were ridiculously large. I put it on my daughter and couldn't help but be an "awww" ... highly recommend.

My daughter wanted to be Smurfette for Halloween this year. I didn't want to spend too much on a costume that she would really only wear once. She is 4 but on the small size so I got the 2-4 t size. Really it was a little too small for her, but it worked for the couple of times she needed to wear it.. for her Halloween parade at school and to trick or treat in. I'd order a bigger size next time.
