First off, it is really hard to find teething toys that are not made in China. This is made in Spain but what not the quality that we were expecting. The rubber is quite thin and the item arrived dirty (a seller issue not product issue). If the it is priced less then $10 I would say go for it but at almost $20 it is not worth it. We did not return it though, main because of the hassle and cost of returning it but also there are not many alternatives. We bought the Natursutten Natural Rubber Teether Toy Star at the same time and this is a much better item.
