My 3 month old hadn't been too interested in touching toys yet. He stared at things, and followed them with his eyes, but he didn't reach out and play. These were the first toys he reached out for and when placed in his hand, he held on! As he grows I can see these will be a lot of fun for him to play with, they're great! Two of the three have a teething piece, and the third has a mirror. There are lots of features to these toys that I can tell will delight him more and more now that he's got the hang of holding them. These were given as a gift to our son. He loves them. He plays with these more than any other toy he has right now they also work for teething. We love them.I have never written a review but these animals deserve it! They are the first toys that my baby started tracking. She loved the colors and the sounds, especially the lion. When she was old enough to reach for things these where the first she reached for. The elephant and monkey have so many different things (tags, teething ring, tail, nose, ears etc...) that she can hang on to it made it easy for her to play with them for long periods of time. She is almost 8 months old and still loves playing with these guys! Now that she's mobile she'll cross the room just to get to them. I would HIGHLY recommend!
