This is a cute plush today with little ribbon tags and a head that pulls up on a cord that vibrates as it retracts. Unfortunately, my dog likes it too -

I bought this as an alternative to the basic taggy balls I'd seen, thinking it had both the tags and the "buzz" action when you pull the alien out of his ship. Instead, this thing just sits around and my son has never taken any interest in it. (Had it since 8 months, now 11 months.)

Perhaps a younger baby would enjoy it, but as for me it really bugs me that I spent over $15 for this on a splurge, and it's just no fun. If only we could at least use this as a ball (as we could with other similar products), but this is weighted a bit at bottom, so doesn't roll around either. Meh.
