I was very surprised that when I recieved this rattle, that the ears and paws are actually THIN FABRIC ! The picture on Amazon looked as though they were the same plastic material as the head of Simba. I hope that child cannot chew these ears and paws off and choke on them. If child didn't love Simba so much I would have returned item but they were a gift so regretfully, I did not.
