My grandson loves the zoo, we have collected most of the animals, and the ostrich is the only one that does not work. I noticed somebody else had that problem also. Other than that it is a great gift.

My 27 month old likes this ostrich on his Zoo Talkers set. He had trouble pushing it down the first few days but has since learned to hold it on both sides while pushing down. There is a nest with a large egg in it up high on the Zoo Talkers set, which may be unrealistic for an ostrich to be at but is still very nice that it has an identified place to sit. The sound is appropriate and the figure is close to realistic in color.

5/5 because it is a good figurine and has a place to sit on the Zoo Talkers set.

Do not pay more than these things are worth. We found all 12 of the individual animals in the stocking stuffer aisle at Target. They are fun toys and my 3.5 yo and 12 month old both love playing with the animals and the zoo. However, of the 12 animals we bought, the ostrich is the only one that doesn't work. We are going to try to exchange it for another ostrich.
