Mega Bloks Lil' Dump Truck

I got this for my son when he was about 18 months old. He has a large collection of the giant mega bloks, so this was a nice addition. It comes with just enough to get a toddler started on stacking them if you don't already own more. My son prefers trucks that have a removable person in them, which this does. It's small and lightweight enough to take to the park or beach but big enough for younger kids to do some serious sand moving. And though it's lightweight and inexpensive, it seems sturdy and well-made-not like a Tonka steel truck, but much more solid than those flimsy sand-toy trucks at the drugstore. An all-around hit for kids 1-3, and a great bargain.

Though we don't use the blocks that came with it, my son absolutely loves this little dumper. He received it when he turned one and he's now two and still plays with it regularly. It's very lightweight and just the right size for a little man to maneuver around. It's also extremely durable plastic, and thankfully it washes up easily for indoor and outdoor play. Nice price, too!

My one year old was getting kind of bored with his "baby" toys. I bought him this dump truck and he plays with it almost exclusively. He loves to put things in the back and then dump them out over and over. He likes to push the truck around, and he is very curious about how to put the blocks together and tries to stack them (althoug it will be a bit before he can master this). I highly recommend this toy. It is very stimulating for a one year old on many levels!!
