I purchased this for a baby shower in which the mommy to be also loves dogs. This gift went over well. I personally like these books as they are soft and colorful for babies to play with. My daughter really likes playing with these types of books.
I bought this book for my infant grandbaby. It is easy to keep clean and fits well in diaper bag for on the go use. Baby loved the crinkle sound of the purple puppy's ears. The book has bright colors through out and is very soft. Made a great chew toy too! In our opinion this made for a great first book.
