I was so disappointed when I received this item. It is very tiny, about 7 inches in width and 5 inches in height. It is made of cotton and it comes with two diapers inside, the two towels on the outside are just tiny little pieces of fabric with a bow sewn on them. I really feel like I could have bought something nicer at Walmart for about $10.
