Bright Starts Drop & Giggle

I got this toy for my 9 month old son who is now 10 months old. At first he didn't want much to do with it, but now he loves to "show off" at how well he can do. Of course, we clap and cheer each time he does it right, but it's priceless to see the little grin on his face when he puts the ball in the hole and gets the little jingle from the Giraffe! One word of advice, patience. . it does take a bit of work to teach them how to do this one.

At first my 8 month old wanted nothing to do with it, but now that she is 9 months she loves this toy! Its amazing how much this toy has developed her hand/eye coordination and fine motor skillsat first she couldnt put any of the balls in the holes and within a week she drops the balls in the giraffe and crawls around to get the balls. I found that putting this toy on a wood/tile floor makes it more enjoyable for my daughter as the balls roll farther.

My 9 month old loves this toy and its teaching her to put objects in the proper place...like down the chute. The only thing I wish was different was the sounds it makes...it would be nice to have more than 3 sounds when the balls are dropped...maybe even a song or two.

My toddler loves this toy, he plays with it all the time. He regularly throws it around and whacks the balls together it has handled all the attention he can throw at it and still looks brand new. It's great for solo play or to share with a little friend. My only wish is that extra balls were sold separately the ones included often go missing.
