It fits his wrist and will continue to fit for years to come. I also purchased the Lamaze beeswhich are very cute too, but in comparison, they are tiny compared to the other 2 Sassy brand wrist rattles i have purchased in the past. Also, the blue & white sign crinkles. A great purchaseyou won't be sorry!
The rattle doesn't make too much noise it sounds like the "noise making beads" inside have very limited room to "shake" in there. The wrist band is a little big for my baby but it makes it nice so they can use it longer.
