Twist and Turn Rattle by Small World

We purchased this for a great-grandson, and he really enjoys it. It's one of the more interesting infant toys I've run across.

I liked the fact that the toy is big and the twisting is pretty cool. My daughter likes it because its big enough to hold and get in her mouth. (She is eleven years old now).
