I purchased this little cutie because in my family there is a tradition that I am the first to give a new baby it's first stuffed bear, I will be ordering one of it's friends shortly to present to my next great-grandchild that is due later this year.
If the bear I received is 13", then I need a new ruler. This guy is closer to 10". And, his arms & legs aren't as floppy as the picture would lead you to believe. In fact, he's stiff little fella. That said, I'm keeping him, because he is very cute and is just the right size for the Philbin bear already purchased. (Though I still feel like I was gypped.)
