I was looking long and hard for toys not made in China which is not easy to find. When I found Haba I was excited that all their wooden toys are made in Germany with safe paint. Germany has the highest standards in safety for children's toys. I love this pram decoration. It's colorful, makes noise and cute, my son loves it. I use it for his stroller, bed, and his swing chair. I would have loved it more if more of the toys were making different kind of noise but the palm is the only one that has a bell.
