Aqua Leisure SunSmart Buggy float - Girl's Flower Sunshade Buggy

I bought this for an upcoming trip to Maui so it wasn't opened until we got ready to walk to the pool at our resort. The stopper was difficult to close and kept popping open. Once we got it to bend shut, it was deflating after just a few minutes ---quite dangerous if you think about your child in the water. The steering wheel had a separate stopper and it never closed so that was a complete flop.

Did they not even test a single product before putting it on the market??

All the other little kiddies at the pool had such cute floats. I got ripped off.

I ordered this product because the photograph is of the pink & purple buggy float. However, I received the all pink buggy float. The all pink buggy float was available at a local retailer for much less than I paid. I also found the shipping cost to be excessive.
