Educo Spring-A-Ling Small Wire Maze (styles and colors vary)

Educo Spring-A-Ling Small Wire Mazewe got this for my 2 year old. After a month the bead that is supposed to be fastened to the end of the wire came off. Not only does that bead become a choking hazard, but all the others beads can then come off also. Don't recommend.

Beautiful colors and very durable. The toy is a good size to travel. My 2.5 year old son counts the beads, says the colors and swivels them around. It could have more beads, though. We like it.

Do not buy this toy! My daughter ended up in the emergency room this weekend when her little jaw got lodged in the product. When trying to free her, it sprung back, hit her tooth and loosened it. There was blood dripping down her face and the tooth was really loose in her mouth. After three hours in an emergency room, we think her tooth will be okay but this is a dangerous toy and I urge you to stay away from it.

A volunteer gave my two year old grandson this toy to play with in the ER. If ever there ever was a time for him to be quiet and not bouncing off the walls, this was it. The toy fascinated him. When it was time to leave, to go home, he wanted to take it with him. His mother remarked at how quietly he had played with it. It is educational as well as fun for a small child. It's a toy you can leave the house with.

My son is fascinated with bead toys, but I had been unable to find one that was not overly large, or mounted on wood. I ordered this one the minute I saw it and might order another as a backup! It fits in the diaper bag, has enough curves and beads to keep him entertained, and is nice and sturdy without being clunky.
