I have not played with this particular doll as it is a Christmas Gift for my new neice. My family always prided themselves on picking out the best dolls, Madame Alexander, and by the time my sister was born, they had come out with this type doll one that you could actually play with and not sit on a shelf and just look at. My sister carried her Baby with her everywhere. It's cloth all the way up to the head which is plastic and washes clean with a little soap and water. But I do remember, since she was so loved, her taking a few baths in the washing machine to get her looking just as new as she ever was. The clothes are removable and so is the hat so your older little girl can play "dress up" with her. She is a tiny Baby not more than 12" long with small enough arms for an older infant or toddler can easily latch on and take her wherever she is going. In my opinion, Madame Alexander is a name you can trust for the best dolls ever and has made a great baby doll here. I hope my new neice will love her and treat her as well as my sister!Save 13% Off
