I purchased this for my infant after watching him fall in love with the ladybug equivalent toy (also Eric Carle) at a friend's home. Now closing in on his first birthday he still seeks out and is fascinated by these toys. They catch the light, they crinkle, they're chewable, they have taggie bits. It buys me precious minutes throughout the week for guilt-free ignore-my-chld time.

I just received the duck in the mail today, and not only does it not look like the pictures but it does not "quack". It has something inside of it that makes it jingle, but in no way does it make a duck sound. It also did not come with a fish and the wings and mirror look completely different. I chose this rating mainly because my baby enjoys this toy. When it neighs he gets big eyes and laughs at it. He spends his time moving it around and chewing on it when I am doing other things which is nice. Hang it off the car seat and he grabs for it.
