I bought a bunch of these for our daughter's easter basket when she was 8 or 9 months old. She had no interest in them at the time, but now that she is 14 months old, she will play with them. They are not really as 'cool' to her as I thought they'd be....I thought b/c they open and close into a block and then the character/animal will move and make a sound...thought she'd really like it. She will definitely play with them now, but only a minute or two here and there. We do have a decent amount of toys, but I would not say these are favorites....but not bad. Definitely no fun for her at 8 or 9 months or anytime up until now, though.
