As I approach the age of 40, and (to mother's continuing disappointment) still have neither settled down, nor had children of my own, I find myself needing safe, worry free gifts for my friends new little ones. I ran across the boy blue version of this bear some time ago, and it was such a huge hit, that it has become my standard baby gift. The bears are of an ideal size for the little ones big enough to be a substantial friend, small enough to hold on to without trouble. STRONGLY recommend.

You know it's a good teddy bear when a grown woman (26) opens it up from the box and immediately hugs it. Before I tucked it away in my closet for Christmas, I talked to it and threw it in the air like I was a little girl! It's so super soft and cute and just the right size for my sweet girl. She's going to love her!

Though this item is indeed soft & cuddly but is not as described. It does not have embroidered eyes it has buttons and it has beans too.....not for a young one for sure. Rather disappointed.

Was lost for words when I saw it. Really though, it is nice actual 14 inch, however it is very slim and small that was the only disappointment. Great gift for a new born baby despite that setback.
