Gund Booties and Hat Gift Set

This set is unbelievably cute. My LO wore this set in his Xmas pictures. I would rate it a 4.5 if possible. I did machine wash them but let them air dry. There were strings loose in the boots that stuck out after being washed which is why I cannot give it 5 stars. Both the hat and the boots have a super cuteness factor though and the strings were easily clipped off. The "boots" are thick and my LO was sweating within an hour. There is also a hidden surprise in the ball on the hat a rattle.

The booties are adorable and, for that alone, worth the buy to me. They are a little bit on the small side for my baby I can't put socks on in addition. But he is a large baby, I'm sure they fit fine on most.

The hat is just terrible. Not attractive in the least. I don't know why they didn't put the white fuzz trim all the way around what Santa hat only has the trim on the back? Who's looking there? It was way, way too big and my 4 month old has a huge head ("off the charts" to quote his Dr.) I ended up ordering another hat.

If the booties weren't so cute I would have sent it back, but they are absolutely cute as can be and by FAR the best I could find anywhere, so if you want them get them! And just eat the hat. :)
