This phone is a great idea. I was expecting more from Little Tikes, because we have plenty of other products from them that are fantastic, but this toy is a miss. The volume is way too low (and there is no way to adjust it). The "screen" is just a piece of paper that you can slide from one image to the next (but not very smoothly). I returned it. Hopefully they will make another version with an adjustable volume and more durable screen.

Even after changing the batteries, the volume is still extremely low. Very disappointed in the product. We will be returning this.

I purchased this for my 5 month old granddaughter who fell in love with it right away. Lights and sounds -my only concern was the volume was too soft. I have to put new batteries in it and maybe that will help! But the choice of English, Spanish or French makes it a great learning tool too! Highly recommend it, outer edge is perfect for teething!

everything is ok but the voice is too small.It also need power to move the screen by baby's little finger.

It serves its purpose, something for my 7 month old to chew on LOL. I like that the edges are rubbery and textured. Like other posters have said, the sound is almost non existent. Could definitely be louder. But its still one of her favorite toys.
