Lee Middleton Little Owen Doll

Lee Middleton Little Owen DollI purchased Baby Owen for my 16 month old daughter for two reasons: her three year old sister already has Hailey and every day is a fight to see who gets to play with the "real" baby. In addition, she has a 4 month old baby brother that I am trying to teach her to be gentle with...:) She received the gift for Christmas and absolutely loved it. She totes him around by his head (he is extrememly durable!), she pats him as I burp her brother and every night Owen is tucked in with her. Baby Owen is very realsistic; he looks just like a real baby and he is the perfect size for my daughter Peyton. I was looking for the perfect baby for her to mother and I definately think I made the right decision!

I received this doll quickly after I ordered. My girls loved him! They already had another Middleton doll that is the same size as this one. They were always fighting over it. They now each have their own. Its a perfect size doll for small girls to call their "newborn baby".

I bought this doll to give to my daughter when my son is born. It is smaller than expected but will definitely serve the purpose of getting "baby" idea across to her. My only complaint is that there is a slight smell to it. I'm not sure what it is... it's not a bad smell, it's just one of the materials used has a strong smell. I'm sure this will go away but I want to at least put that out there in case anyone else orders it and has the same issue. I will keep the doll though and plan to give it to my daughter. I expect she will love it.
