It vibrates when you pull it down, my daughter likes to put it against her bottom lip and pull it so it vibrates against her mouth. She really doesn't use it as a teether as much as just a fun thing that wiggles when she plays with it. The Hopscotch rattle seems to be her most favorite thing to chew on.Save 4% Off
