The pages are made of thick paper/cardboard that doesn't hold up to being chewed or slobbered on.

Although the songs and the pictures are nice, the toy doesn't have on/off button. So if you press the happy frog in the middle of the night there is no way to stop that cheerful song. Also the flaps are kind of hard to open even for adult. And it is still too bulky for my 5 months old. She would love to chew on it but gets frustrated because is the base is too big and it's difficult to get a good grip on the pages.

This product would have been a good learning tool for my daughter and she liked to play with it the few short hours it worked properly. It will only count to one and stop.
