This isn't so much a review but a disappointing comment. I really wanted to buy it, and was truly seconds from doing so, until I realized that it didn't come with a hat. In the series, the hat plays a vital part because it holds his grandfather's 4 star dragon ball..SO no hat, incomplete outfit, no sale.
A tail would be nice too, since, at that age he Did have a tail.
