The product is cute, nice-to-the-touch soft material and just the perfect size for a newborn baby. I was very excited when I opened the package. Upon closer inspection, however, I noticed that the stitching was incredibly unprofessional and flimsy. The stitching was already coming apart where the neck was connection to the cozy and exposing the thread. Given that this is meant for babies who will be sticking anything they can find into their tiny mouths, this makes it potentially a choking threat to my baby. It is such a simple design and such basic stitching, I am surprised that they couldn't make it better.

This is our fourth "flato" cozy and we love them. Yes, they are small, but that's the idea. It's perfect for even the littlest hands and both my 6 month old and two year old them them. The pup has plenty of places for the baby to chew on, which is the main purpose of these in the beginning. The face is very cute and the baby loves getting kisses from his pup. My favorite part, besides the extreme softness and cute factor, is the ease of it being machine washable. They come through the wash beautifully. I was already aware that this item was going to be small from the other reviews, however this I was still a bit taken back by the size. They are accurate in saying the size of an adult hand. Anyway it is super soft and my son is teething right now and so he is constantly chewing on it.
