The product is cute, nice-to-the-touch soft material and just the perfect size for a newborn baby. I was very excited when I opened the package. Upon closer inspection, however, I noticed that the stitching was incredibly unprofessional and flimsy. The stitching was already coming apart where the neck was connection to the cozy and exposing the thread. Given that this is meant for babies who will be sticking anything they can find into their tiny mouths, this makes it potentially a choking threat to my baby. It is such a simple design and such basic stitching, I am surprised that they couldn't make it better.

Super cute and soft. I bought the dog and the bunny. They are just the right size for my two month old to snuggle. She smiles every time I give them to her. They hold up well in the wash and are easy to stick in the diaper bag. I'm thinking of buying some back-ups.

This is our fourth "flato" cozy and we love them. Yes, they are small, but that's the idea. It's perfect for even the littlest hands and both my 6 month old and two year old them them. The pup has plenty of places for the baby to chew on, which is the main purpose of these in the beginning. The face is very cute and the baby loves getting kisses from his pup. My favorite part, besides the extreme softness and cute factor, is the ease of it being machine washable. They come through the wash beautifully. Overall, i definitely recommend this for any child!

I was already aware that this item was going to be small from the other reviews, however this I was still a bit taken back by the size. They are accurate in saying the size of an adult hand. Anyway it is super soft and my son is teething right now and so he is constantly chewing on it. He is 5 months and since it is small and lightweight he is easily able to pick it up and hold on to it.

My Hikes Pant Cuff Fasteners are one of those totally cool things I wish I came up with. This smart accessory is pure genius yet so simple to use. All you do is fold the pant leg, slide the cuff fastener on, press and snap. Imagine how paper clips hold sheets of paper together it's sort of like that, except the pant cuff fasteners stay put and look absolutely adorable.

Sometimes, my kids get pants that don't fit right. They go through jeans faster than I can say growth spurt. These are wonderful for those in-between-sizes times. They are perfect for summer, too, and transform long pants into capris in no time flat you can even doubleor sometimes triple-fold the cuffs.

I ordered these for my son because he has several pairs of pants that don't stay rolled up on their own too well. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but these are basically like cute, really strong plastic paper clips. They're pretty self explanatory, you slide them over the cuff to keep it in place, but on pants such as jeans or courderoys, if you roll the cuff more than once it's too thick for the My Hikes to slide on and stay comfortably. This means you end up with a ridiculously large and ridiculous looking cuff that calls too much attention to the bottom of the pants. I still use these on his fleece pants that are too long to prevent him from slipping, but on jeans and courderoys, I just keep recuffing throughout the day because they need to be rolled more than once. They're cute and great if you only need to take an inch or so off the bottom, but for my shorty, I guess they don't work as well.

Woodours Daddy and Baby Bear Interactive Playset

My little one is now 15 months old and loves her Woodours Papa bear and baby bear. As a native French speaker, I wanted my daughter to have a toy that reminded me of so many of my childhood toys from Europe. This toy fits the bill. She loves the flower and the fact that she can flip it to different sides to get a different look. The fishing pole is adorable and she often pulls it out and plays with the small swinging felt fish. The retracting fish in the green sack is always a surprise for her as it slithers back into the sack and she smiles as it moves and disappears. She spends lots of time shaking the baby bear and listening to it rattle and the squeaky papa bear nose, though hard for her to squeak, makes both my daughter and dog smile (and wag their tail). As others have said, this is a well made toy with lots of fun options. Many times I find the baby bear being hugged and wrapped around my daughters arm by her. She was given this from her papa for her 1st birthday and though I know that younger kids can play with it, it wasn't until she was about 13 to 14 months old that she actually was drawn to the bear and could play with all of the parts and pieces. She seems to enjoy hugging this bear and playing it with more then most of her other toys at this stage. Maybe it's because she relates to the papa/baby combo like she and her papa have, or maybe she just loves all of the cute textures, colors and options. I would recommend this as a long term investment and a toy that won't fall apart and will be cherished for years to come!

I was pleased with the quality of the bears. They clean up well and are a great option for a little boy. He enjoys the vibrating fish. The fishing pole and flower are easily lost, so just make sure to keep an eye on them if taking the bear out of the house.

My husband and I bought this bear for our son's first Christmas. It's now been a few months since we got it, so here are some of my impressions.

First of all, this is not a daddy bear. Oh, I know, it looks like a daddy bear. I thought it was a daddy bear. We wanted it to be a daddy bear. But on Christmas morning, when my four-year-old and two-year-old watched their baby brother open his present, they immediately said, "Aw, it's a mommy bear!" I tried to persuade them otherwise, but I was wrong. Know why? Because the tummy opens. And the baby bear fits inside. There is no picture showing that on the site here and so I totally didn't think of the correlation when I initially looked at it. But yeah. Kids know that daddies can't have babies in their abdomens. Only mommies do that. That makes this bear a mommy bear.

Second, if you're looking for a cuddly, tuck-under-the-arm-and-take-everywhere bear, this isn't it. In retrospect, I sort of wish we'd gotten just a plain old plush bear. Yes, this is super cute and well-made, and there are no choking hazards (like the noses on some bears). The fur is a neat sort of wooly texture. BUT it's not soft and plushy like the kinds of bears that kids usually gravitate toward actually cuddling with. Meaning, the fur isn't soft, but the body isn't really squishy either. It's also kind of awkward to hold, because the bear's bottom is so disproportionately big. More on that next.

Third, you know how the grown-up bear is sitting in the picture? As if it can sit up by itself? Well, it can't do that. Picture this scenario. You are on the floor with your baby, and you want him to like his new Christmas present. He spies the bear leaning against the couch and smiles. So you walk it slowly over, bobbing the head coyly. Baby loves it. Then you think you will set the bear down in front of the baby... only, you can't. The bear can't sit. You can hold him up so he is standing, or you can lay him down... awkwardly, because of the big bum issue... but he can't sit, because he's just not built that way. If you try to sit him by himself, he will just flop over. So you kind of hold him up and the baby plays with him until your arm gets tired and you have to lay the bear down awkwardly... which causes the baby to lose interest, because the bear just looks so awkward laying down like that.

Fourth... and these are not the most important points, but I'm going to mention them anyway... I think I'm just not that into the extra features after all. The fishing pole and flower stick in to the paws, and that is rather neat, but they don't really hold anyone's attention for long. None of us... my preschool aged kids included... are very interested in the opening belly feature. The baby bear fits in there, but it's tight. I guess I just think that the "toy" aspect of this bear is not really all that enticing. The baby bear does hold onto things, but not onto very big things, and this point our son just doesn't think much of it. He does like the big grown-up bear (you can pretend it's a daddy bear if you'd like, but my kids know better) but can't pick it up.

Fifth, is your little one going to sleep with this bear? If so, you'll need to take off/out all the extra things (including the baby bear) because they all crinkle, and the baby bear rattles. And there is nothing like a crinkly sound that accidentally wakes up baby during naptime to make everybody sad! I had thought to just let the baby bear stay in bed with my little one, but the rattle makes that impossible. I have left the big bear near him during naptime a few times, though, and he has been very gleeful to find it near him, so it may be that he will enjoy snuggling with it more as he grows.

Overall, you'll notice that I still gave this four stars, because I do think it's an adorable bear and very well-made, and my son likes it, even if he's not quite sure what to do with it. I think in retrospect, we likely would have just gotten a simple, nicely made, no-choking-hazards plush bear, because what we really wanted was a safe, soft bear that would be a buddy to sleep with kind of bear, not so much an activity center. And I think trying to achieve both made us succeed in achieving neither. Granted, our son is only eleven months old now, so he may play with it more later on, but I wanted to leave my current perspective here for other parents who may be considering getting this for a baby. It's definitely a cute bear, and it's great that it is so safe, but you may want to consider whether you really want a bear with the extra features like this or if you just want a traditional, soft, plush, snuggly teddy bear without the bells and whistles (or in this case, the crinkly sounds and unique fabrics).

I absolutely love this toy! my now 3-months-old daughter is too little to play with it (the daddy bear is almost as tall as she is) but a friend's baby aged six months really liked it when they came to visit. even if it never becomes one of her favourite toys (which I doubt) it will make a great nursery decoration. very very well made, everything as shown in the video description. the only cons not a good toy for teething/sticking-everything-in-the-mouth period, just like any other fluffy toy. but otherwise worth the money.

Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Learning Basketball

We bought this basketball toy for our daughter when she was 6 months old. She loves to hear all of the different sounds and songs that it plays. She was a bit too young at the time to 'make baskets' but loves to press the buttons and play with the basketballs. It is a heavy toy on top, so you have to be watchful that it doesn't topple when your baby tries to pull the net towards them to chew on it. It is really neat that the net has a sensor if something goes through it and will have different sayings such as 'slam dunk' or will count how many baskets you get in a row. Like how it's height is adjustable so she can play now while she sits and will also be able to use it when she can stand. All around great toy!

We love this toy. It has great tunes and counting. Our daughter (13 months) dances to the tunes. She is learning to throw and roll balls. She loves the lights and tunes. All-in-all great purchase. For those who care, we also enjoy that there are two volume levels. This is some thing that we look for in toys, otherwise the volume is always at a maximum level, which becomes too much very quickly.

Our son received this as a first birthday gift, and it's so much fun. Whenever we're playing in his room and he wants to play alone I (his mother) pass my time by shooting hoops. It's very durable, and it's only tipped over occasionally. I think it's best for a baby who can already stand up. We just keep it on the medium height, and let him take shots. He's become very good at throwing a ball thanks to this toy, and he can make shots on his own from several feet away now. It's true that it's very short compared to some kids' hoops, but it's meant for infants who can sit up, and very young toddlers. At 14 months old, our son now plays with it every day. We highly recommend this toy!

I purchased this toy for my 10 month old niece for Christmas. So far, she seems to be enjoying it. I don't think there's much more I can say, other than it's of the same great quality of the other Haba toys of purchased her. It seems to be well above the average quality of most children's toys these days, and gives you the impression that it will last for years to come. I bought this for my girlfriend who just had a baby girl. I bought this and was very excited to put it in my baby girl's Easter basket. I ended up returning it and the seller wasn't great to work with. The description said that it had a chime sound when shaken. Yeah, if you shake it as vigorously as you would shake a can of spray paint! But what baby is going to do that? When I told them it didn't chime, they wrote back that they had received my return but that there was nothing wrong with it. I had to argue with them to get my refund. I wouldn't recommend buying this and definitely not this seller.

My 5 month old loves this toy and has since about 4 months. The squeaky chirp makes him smile and he loves chewing on her beak. He loves the crinkling nest and it is easy for him to play with because it is so light. We love haba and so far this chicken along with the kringerling, magic balls, and color snake clutching toys are his favorites.

Mickey Plane Ride-On Toy

My 11 month old son received this airplane from his grandpa for Christmas. He has not gone a day without playing with it. The music and movement of the propeller get him so excited. He isn't walking yet, but he sits on his knees next to the airplane and presses the buttons over and over just to see the lighted propeller turn. He loves to put out his hand to stop the propeller. As others have mentioned, the propeller is made of soft foam, so I think he likes to feel the soft "thud" as the foam makes contact with his hand and see the propeller's motion stop. He's learning cause and effect!

The shape sorter is an added bonus. We have not had the problem of the recorded voice saying the wrong shape name. He likes to push the shapes into their respective holes once I set them up for him (I push them slightly into the holes first and he does the rest), and it won't be long until he's doing it by himself.

This is the perfect toy to bring to the grandparents' houses when we visit. It's small enough to stash in the trunk and keeps him entertained while we're talking.

The shape sorter activityt has a major flaw in that when you put in one shape, for example, the star, it says another character and shape. I tested each shape. Mickey will say a different shape than what you put in.

This is not good for teaching my son the correct names of shapes. I can see how children would be confused by this. Definitely needs to be fixed.

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas, he was 8 months old. This has been the best learning toy for him, along with entertainment. He has learned how the shapes work and took this on soon. It has also helped him in walking. It is entertaining for me to watch him play with this toy, he has to push the button and play the music before he pushes it. I would actually buy one more for him to have at home with Mom and Dad. This is well worth the money.

Tiny Love Classic Mobile

I first purchased a Symphony in Motion mobile in 2003. We loved that one! It was so cute, the colors were fun and it kept my daughter's attention for a good, long time. So when #3 came along, I didn't even think twice about getting this new model. What a disappointment. The painted parts are fuzzy, the plastic is cheap and the fabric is of a lower quality than what you'd find on that county fair animal you won. The colors and design of this newer model are not as appealing to me either. Sort of gaudy and dated. But worst of all was the fact that the motor is so noisy. You can barely hear the music over the grind of the motor. I actually exchanged the first mobile I bought thinking I must have a bad one. When the second one had the same problem, I'm assumed it was just the poor quality of this mobile. At least the exchange process through Amazon was smooth and customer friendly. I mean really, Tiny Love, what a disappointment. Too bad the quality had to suffer while the price never changed.

I've had this toy (with slightly different animals) through three children. I bought it in 2003. The toy itself is wonderful with pleasing music and great visuals. Better than that, though, is the company. After storing the toy for almost a year, I took it out for baby #2. The crankshaft didn't work. I called the company and they sent me a whole new top unit for free. I couldn't believe it. It worked without problem through baby #2 and #3.

My mum gave this to me when my daughter was about 1 month..and I am SOOO grateful. We originally had one of those mobiles that you had to wind up....which gave me all of 3 minutes to get something done before I had to wind it again. The beauty of this mobile is the time. You dont have to wind the mobile up every 3 minutes..I think when you press the button it last at least 15 minutes almost 20. From the time my baby was able to focus 2-3 monthshe loved to watch the mobile & since I did not have to wind it every 2 minutes I was able to leave her alone for a few minutes to pump, shower, laundry..well you name it 15 minutes is a lot of time with a new baby. The variety of songs (and not rock-a-bye-baby) is also great. These toys are soft and adorable! On top of that you're giving them a real star! How cool is that? Half of my grandkids are now planning to be astronauts! I gave this Shining Star Pegasus to my seven year old granddaughter for Christmas. When she opened the package, she just looked at it and put it aside. I guess it will just be thrown in with the rest of her stuffed animals.

The only educational value that I can see with this toy is the fact that she went on the computer to register it. However, there are so many stuffed animals on the market now that can be registered, this is just one more to find a place to display it after the registration. I thought that it was kind of cute, but she didn't seem all that thrilled with it. No more of these as gifts unless she specifically asks for one.

Taggies Fun Shapes Multi Color Ball

I bought this for my baby girl. She's 2 months now and gets extremely bored very fast. When she's up she needs stimulation and it's hard to do that when we're in the car or she's in the stroller. This toy is wonderful. I can clip it to her carseat or her stroller and it keeps her entertained and occupied for a long time. It's nice and colorful and for some reason babies just LOVE the tags. I highly recommend this product! The latch at the top of the ball could be attached to a car seat so your child could bring it with them. My son is almost two years old and he is no longer in such a car seat. However, the latch is what he uses to carry the ball everywhere, which is convenient for him. He also has a taggies blanket and these two items go with him everywhere. He absolutely loves these items. Sometimes he chews on the tags, or puts his fingers inside of them. Other times he just plays with them. These toys are his security items. This toy washes well, although I have never attempted to put it in the dryer because of the plastic. After a year of rough handling from my son, the product still looks brand new. I would highly recommend this product to anyone!!

Fits into the P&T stroller perfectly and is generously sized without being too bulky etc. Our boy is only 6-months old now but I can foresee it being good until he grows out of the stroller. We just leave it in the stroller all the time at the moment, but it's very quick and easy to put in and take out if needs be just need to feed the harness through the gaps.

SO super cosy and warm we don't always even need a coat/snowsuit for my son when he's snuggied up in his P&T sleeping bag. Just popping his hat on and zipping him in seems to be more than warm enough for short walks, even in the wintery cold of Vermont. J positively beams when we zip him into it he thinks it's great fun and loves to snuggle into the soft and cosy fleecey lining. The whole thing can be done up so there's only a little 'peep hole' at the top, or it easily loosens off and unzips if things heat up too much.

I did have a slight concern at first about the length of loose cords when we tighten the hood round J's face but they tuck behind safely out of the way.

In a nutshell it is very convenient to use, keeps my boy lovely and warm, definitely reduces the need to battle with snow suits on short outings (tho I'd still bundle up additionally if we're going to be out longer or if it's particularly windy). My only uncertainty is that I haven't tried washing it yet...

Ok, I'll be honestI was a little sketched out about this when it came. It is called a sleeping bag, but I didn't understand how the kiddo wouldn't end up wrapped up face down in it and not be able to breathe. (our little guy is 11 monthwe just finished a 3 location camping trip up PCH in Cali)

The first night I didn't use it, I just bundled him up in extra layers and he ended up snuggled up with us anyhow.

The second night hubby told me I was "using the freakin' sleeping bag"it's not cheap, so it's gettin' used. Ok, ok.....

I waited till he was pretty sleepy and laid him in itzipped it up then put him in his pack n play.

Our kiddo's usual move is to immediately flip onto his chest with his booty in the air, but he for whatever reason, stayed on his back. I checked on him incessantly, because I'm nuts, but he stayed on his back and slept GREAT, best night of sleep in a WHILE.

I look forward to our next trips and know this will be a great sleeping bag for the upcoming fall/winter outtings especially since we can use it IN his stroller when we go to Mammoth! bonus!!

I had already one Phil and Ted sleeping sac (with my P&T stroller) and liked it. It's a bit short for my older child, so I was thinking of getting one of the other sleeping sacs out there... so I went to the store and compared my P&T with (a) Brookspond Perennial Buggy Blanket (toddler size) and (b) JJ Cole Urban (also toddler size of course).

What I found: these 'toddler size' buntings seem to come in the same length anyway, so there's no real advantage of one over the other in terms of overall length. The JJ Cole Urban and the Bookspond have more features to adjust to different strollers, but obviously the P&T bunting fits perfect into a P&T stroller. The JJ Cole seems lighther (less warm I suppose) than the P&T, and the downsides of the Brookspond I thought were that it's less 'cozy'/feels more rigid. The Brookspond's feature of having an insert for boots seems like a good idea, on the one hand, but that part of the bunting is not insulated, so I'm thinking that toddler, maybe, will start feeling cold on the feet. (Currently I just have my older one take off her dirty shoes when sitting in the P&T sac.)

I agree with mom from Vermont that this bunting is indeed really warm (we live in Boston). My older one has never complained about not feeling warm enough after being bundled up in the sac. The opposite: she seems really pleased and happy with it.

Gist of it: I just bought another P&T sleeping sac for my second child because of the good experiences I've had and because other products on the market didn't seem any better (for my purposes).

great quality, easy to use, seems sturdy and durable, it could TOTALLY use some improvement to latch the cover to the stroller as it keep sliding down every time you place you child in it!

Fisher-Price Perfectly Pink Purse

I purchased this for my five month old daughter and she really likes it! The purse rattles and the handle serves as a teether too! The purse has a velcro closure which is good when all of the contents are inside. It comes with a lipstick that is a rattle which is really cute, although the handle is a little difficult to grasp. The money is soft material and crinkles and has a plastic coin attached. The little makeup compact is a ladybug with a mirror. Lastly, there are keys, but they are one solid piece and I wish they were seperate and jangly. Overall, it is an adorable first purse. I had to decide between this one and the Laugh and Learn Purse Fisher Price Laugh & Learn My Pretty Learning Purse and I chose this one because she already has so many toys that sing and count. This is just simple and sweet.

Love this set, very cute! My baby is too young to play with it yet, but I know itll be fun. Much better quality than I expected.

When I saw this on the web I fell in love and thought it was too cute. Once I received it I was not disappointed. I keep it in my diaper bag for my daughter to have toys on the road. I like that it is really cute but practical too for my daughter who is now 8 months old, teething and wanting to put everything in her mouth! While in Dallas visiting our new 41/2 month old niece I never seen a baby play with a toy so much. She absolutely loved this toy. She was just starting to crawl and there were plenty of toys but she loved the money and the lipstick. They were so easy for her to grab and shake and rattle. I was so impressed I had to buy one for my co-workers grand-daughter. They are the cutest baby toy ever.

Chewy Tube Knobby Texture

I happened to find out about this from a speech pathologist and she mentioned off-hand that they're great for teething molars. When my toddler started getting her two year molars, I immediately ordered one. As soon as I handed it to her, she shoved it onto those teeth and chomped down. I was glad to give her something that helped her teething pain! The regular baby teethers stay in the front of the baby's mouth, which doesn't help with molars. It's kind of expensive, but totally worth it!

These things are such a God send for a baby trying to cut a tooth. He LOVED it and uses it all the time :)

I bought this as something for my son to chew on, but it is not good for that purpose. First he can whistle it, which is annoying and second, the hole fills with spit and it's disgusting. Maybe for a fidget toy it would be ok, but not for a chewy.

Our daughter loves this as it keeps her mouth busy so she can focus on activities.

Only thing that's frustrating is that it gets dropped, so we just tied a cooking thread as a string and tie it to her jacket.

Sassy 4 Piece Water Ways Activity Tubes

Our son has had this toy for about five years. He played with it at first at our urging, but soon lost interest due to the toy's poor construction. He's now eight years old, so until his little brother came along two years ago, this toy just sat in the bathroom tub-toy drawer. Our younger son has little interest in it mainly because it is far too difficult to connect the tubes together. Once they are connected (always by one of us) they don't stay together long enough to be of any real use. The tubes are either too small and don't hold enough water to begin with or the water wheels/spinners inside them are too large to really allow the water to flow through the way it should in concept. The idea is a good one, but the actual toy is very poorly made. Where are all the good tub toys? We've been searching for quite a long time and have only found one toy that holds our younger son's interest: Munchkin Caterpillar Spillers Stacking Cups. He plays with these in or out of the tub or swimming pool. We're on the hunt for anything else that will keep him distracted long enough to get him clean!

These activity tubes are my 17-month-old's favorite bath toys. He digs through his bath toy bag looking for the "pipes" as he calls them, spends the whole bath playing with him, and carries them out of the tub with him at the end of the bath. The only problem is that they fall apart fairly easily and can't be put back together by a toddler, causing some amount of frustration at first. But he has since learned to say "Help! Please!" when he wants me to put the pipes together. A lot of fun for both baby and mommy!

Update from April 2012: I have had a lot of trouble keeping these pipes clean inside. There was no way to open the tops of the pipes and give the inside a good rinse. I've run them through the dishwasher, but there is still icky residue. I imagine that all bath toys must be similarly yucky on the inside over time, but with these, you can actually see the gunk that gets stuck in there because the plastic is clear! I had to throw these out. But I still got several good years of use out of these.

18 month old grand daughter loves these...she puts them together and pulls them apart as well as pours the water thru them to watch the inside actions, good for teaching cause and effect and just plain fun.

I found that the parts to this water toy are so small that very little water is able to pass through each piece to cause movement. If you had a small pitcher to keep water flowing, you would be able to see the elements of each piece move better. Recommended for older children who can focus on small parts. Younger children just can see the actions of the rolling balls, etc. as well.
