We bought this for our 3 yr old to be able to drive our 18 month old behind her, which was a little lofty. This item is well constructed, which ends up making it pretty heavy. It also makes the whole bike pretty big and a little difficult to push with the original handle. We like it, though, and use it more as a stroller.

"The only problem I had was the tandem seat is actually smaller then the original seat I got with the Kettler Air Navigation Trike. Since the tandem seat is for the child that is in the front (typically the older child), I was a little concerned she wouldn't fit on the seat as well."
