Tumbleweed Bull 8" by Douglas Cuddle Toys

Tumbleweed Bull 8' by Douglas Cuddle ToysThis was a gift for my son. He is never without his bull, and it wears the love well. They are machine washable and come out almost new looking and that is a huge plus in a toddler cuddly. Can't say enough good about what these bulls. He has learned a little about cattle and breeds and various tidbits we talk about, but the primary benefit has been as a cuddle toy.

I bought this as a Christmas present for a younger sibling, and I must confess, I was a bit jealous when I handed over the gift. I can find little wrong with this fuzzy little bull. Some stuffed animals just have stranger faces than others--his is utterly adorable. His sturdy legs are bendable and there are no annoying inner supports, but he has no trouble standing up. This toy may not be indestructible in the ravages of a toddler's playtime, but for any child who cherishes and treats stuffed animals well, the Tumbleweed Bull ("Bulldozer," according to my little sibling) may just be the perfect toy.

Would I recommend it? Let me just say that as I wrapped him up as a present, I seriously considered buying one for myself.

I gave this as a gift to Temple Grandin, when she came to speak in our town. She loved it.

I purchased this as a gift for a sick friend to cheer him up. The picture doesn't do it justice, it is adorable! Very well made, very soft and snuggly. Even when my friend was better, this little bull was not put on a shelf. I agree with the reviewer that called him the "Velveteen Bull"great desciption, he has a personality all his own. Highly recommend!

My sister and I bought this item for my nephew for a Christmas present. He was only a month old at the time but he loved the softness of it and also liked that he was able to grab onto it. He is a year old now and still loves his mini-Hereford! :)
