We gave this to our then 22 mo. old son for Christmas. He adores it. It turns it's head from side to side and the wheels give it a cute little waddle. We like to pretend it's trying to munch on peoples toes or deliver little dragon kisses.
We also have a 4 year old and 6 year old who like to pick it up to play with occasionally, as well as their friends.
I highly recommend this as a playroom staple.
Very colorful pushtoy. So nice that after we gave one to my granddaughter, my wife had to have one for herself (that she can keep at our house for when our granddaughter visits).

My sister requested that I get this for my niece for her first Christmas, she was about 10 months old at the time, after she read a review about it. My niece really seems to enjoy it. I am rating it as a 4 star overall because it seems a little expensive.
