I thought this item was overpriced for what it was. It looked bigger in the picture. I thought it wasgoing to be a good object for a blind, disabled child, but it really was not.

Fisher-Price Sesame Street Elmo Knows Your Name Cell Phone

We bought this phone for our 6 month old despite the age rating of 18 months. I think we wanted it more than he did! It's really easy to program your child's name into it. It took me about 5 minutes. (I do recommend that you go onto FisherPrice.com and double check that your child's name is available in Elmo's data base.) Our son LOVES this toy and we have since given it to two of his friends as gifts. They love it too! The toy is not overly loud like alot of his other toys so it's great for restauraunts, airplanes and other places that your child might need entertainment.

No fewer than 4 adults and 2 computers were used trying to get this thing to say some other name than "Michael" I see others had the same problem. After my husband and I both tried it, and the download said "100% successful" a million times, we gave it to my cousin to try it on her computer, thinking maybe it was a problem with mine. She tried it and the same thing. She finally took it back to the store, thinking it was defective, and got a new one. The new one did it too. After we all were ready to throw it through the window, it was discovered that there is some kind of tab you have to pull out of it in order to activate it. NOWHERE in the detailed instructions does it tell you this (we kept it in the box because we were going to wrap it back up for Christmas. Apparently you have to take it out of the box). PLEASE put this little detail in the instructions!!! This is why I gave it 2 stars the kid hasn't even seen it yet just based on the difficulty on programming.

I can connect the phone to my computer and have it recognized. I can click and get a 100% complete message downloading and installing the name, but it never does. I never get the name I downloaded. I've called tech support a number of times. They ask the same lame questions, did I plug the phone in using the USB cable, did I download the name I wanted, did I have the exe file on my computer, did I right click or double click the file, did I have the Elmo icon and how did I click on that. All the time I did tell them I was able to launch the software. When the phone wasn't connected it saw that the phone was not connected. When the phone was connected, it showed the download progress bar and then said it was 100% successful, but it never said the name I downloaded. I found the name on their web site, clicked on it, played it to be sure it was the right name and then downloaded it FIVE times, in different places, incase it was corrupted. Installed it in different places incase there was a corrupt file on the computer, changed the batteries in the phone, took the phone apart to be sure there was no try me tab broken off. It never worked. What a lot of trouble for nothing. I spent over an hour on the phone and another couple hours on my own trying to get this thing working properly... no luck.

Ok, after reading the reviews regarding the phone being stuck in demo mode, I took mine apart and looked at it.

Looking at the back of the phone on the bottom right, there is a small slot where the demo tab goes in. If you remove it, you SHOULD be able to program it with your kid's name. If that's not the case, take out all the screws (and the batteries) and open the phone. across from where that slot is, there is a tiny white switch, that flips depending on whether or not the tab is in. Using a small screwdriver (or something similar) toggle it to the left (against the case). That should do it!

If not, flip it back and forth until it "springs" against the case. You'll then be able to plug it in and program it.

I ordered two of these, one for my son and one for my cousin's baby who is the same age as my son. When i got it I thought they were SO cute but turns out, the animal isn't attached to the blanket part. The pictures they have make it seem like they are but they are too separate things. No biggie though! Its still a really cute gift and it makes a great little pillow/travel pillow buddy for a young toddler (1 year old)

This was a gift for my nephew and he loved it! I was however disapointed to learn that the blanket was not actually connected to the elephant piece. The blanket created the body of the pillow once inside, but will most likely get lost once removed since it is two pieces.

This is a really cute product, but the blanket is extremely small. Our kid wanted more pillow pets, but she already has quite a few, so we decided to grab this instead. She likes it, but the blanket doesn't cover her the whole way. She's 8 and tall for her age, and the product appears to be made for younger children anyway. Although I'm a little disappointed, once I got a closer look at the box in my hands, I'm not surprised that it's not big enough for her. We will probably end up doing something crafty with it to make it usable since it's still so cute!

The First Years Massaging Action Teether

My 8 month old son loves this toy. He will pick it out of a pile of toys every time. We actually have one for the house and one for the diaper bag. The only disadvantage is that you can't replace the battery. So far ours are still going strong. We even have a back up still in the package just in case. Love this teether.

My daughter hated having cold things in her mouth, so all of those refrigerated teething rings were a no go. So, we gave this to her, and at first we had to hold down one of the teething sensors to make it vibrate for her, but the look of relief on her face the first time she used it was wonderful. I recommend one for the house, diaper bag and car.

A teething baby is an unhappy baby. An unhappy usually makes for tired parents who are searching for answers. While the "The First Year Massaging Action Teether" does not solve the problem it does see to offer our daughter a little relief.

The pros-

Inexpensive really, how much do you stand to lose if this does not work?

Our daughter seems to enjoy the massaging action, although she rarely uses it for more than a minute.

The massaging section is shaped so that it can be "bitten" in a variety of directions. This helps make it effective for the front/back and left/right sides of the mouth.

The little spinner on the end always seems to catch my daughters eye.

It is pretty quiet

Other things to consider

While it is not a "negative" it is impossible to access the batteries. Once the batteries die the whole thing goes into the garbage. While this seems to be a negative I really don't mind that my daughter mouth does NOT have any type of access to batteris. Call me old-fashioned like that ;o)

Final Verdict I would not consider this a "must-have" but for the price it is well worth the investment of a few dollars.

Bought this for my 11 month old for Christmas. He loves it. He will sit there and bite on it for quite a long time. I was skeptical at first about getting it b/c I had purchased one for my daughter when she was 6 months and she never used it. I think she was too young and then lost interest in it. While children start teething earlier, I think this should be save for at least 9mos, they need to be able to grab the correct part hold it still and bite fairly hard. The only draw back is the plastic; when I opened it the plastic had a bad smell that made me hesitate about letting him put it in his mouth but we washed it first and it seems better.

We recieved this as a part of a gift box my mom bought at costco's. I didn't think much of it when I saw it but it was bright and colorful.

Also in the package was a blue hippo that had blocks inside it and a plunger to push them out. Frankly speaking my 6 month old (at the time, now 7months) didn't know what to do with it, and it didn't capture his attention.

However wow! This gadget Triangle! My Goodness!! There is so much to look at and do, he is captivated by it. :)

He'll play with one side of the triangle for so long that he forget it has activities on the other sides. So every 10 minutes or so, I'll flip it and he will gurgle with renewed enthusiasm and start playing with the 'new' side!

When my son gets sleepy and lies back on his nursing pillow, often I'll hold it up and turn it back and forth so he can watch the 2 gears race up and down. One of them moves in a zig zag pattern and the other spins, its even fun for me to watch. As a side note, its great exercise for your wrist. It also makes a pleasant sound, when the tiny balls rattle, sounds like your shaking a box of salt, not too loud, perfect for a drowsy baby.

I also like that:

1. It has so many toys on it but is just one piece, so no lost parts or cleanup.

2. No batteries needed.

3. Its not a loud toy, just loud enough.

I highly highly recommend this toy, its really a bargain!

At 9 months, my child is still crazy about The Triangle. I believe the whole Infantino gift box with both toys was $. And no batteries needed. :)

What a bargain!

We were looking for a new toy for our then six month-old daughter, when a kind stranger recommended the Triangle as one her child had found entertaining. We looked closer at it and realized just how much was going on in this toy each side has multiple different actions, shapes, colors and activities, and there are spinners, rattles and mirrors too. In essence, you gain five sides of activity, and can extend the entertainment value of the toy by periodically rotating it for younger kids so that it always presents something new. As they become stronger, they begin to discover that it can be picked up and shook for added interaction, and will also begin rotating to different sides themselves.

While it is just slightly on the large size for easy portability, when we did have room, we were sure to pack it for trips as this one toy provides far more entertainment than carrying multiple others. Plus, it is well made and very durable. Now at 16 months, our daughter still carries this around as one of her favorite toys. We love it and she does too! We'll certainly be hanging on to this one for the next baby! A tremendous value!

I got this for my four and a half month old thinking she would like it in a few months, but she picked it up right away. This toy got her to sit upright for more than a few seconds. She can play with this toy for twenty minutes, turning it over and playing with each side. It is by far her favorite toy and she moves around to get closer to it. She can also sit and play with it in her high chair, which is great for when we go out or have company over.

We love this toy. I can't face all the flashing lights and music that is on every toy at the toy stores now, so I looked online for something to entertain our budding explorer. Our seven month old absolutely LOVES this toy. He can stay fascinated with it for extremely long periods of time, and I love that it is all about him driving the action, not the toy itself. We also bought the Curiousity Cube at the same time, which I like, but not as well. Definitely would recommend.

I love this toy and highly recommend it. My sister gave one to my boys when they were 3-1/2 months, and they obviously weren't interested. At about six months, we showed it to them again. It instantly became a favorite. The boys are almost a year old now, and it is still one of their most played with toys. In fact, I have to be careful that they don't fight over it.

There are five sides to the toy. One side has beads that can be moved along wiggly posts. Aother side has large balls and other-shaped objects that slide along straight posts. The third side has a mirror that flips around. The next side has two gears that are moveable, and the final side has two textured flat pieces that spin. There are tiny balls throughout the edges, so it makes noise when you shake it, but it's not a loud toy. My boys love it. They play with one side and then flip it and play with the other, over and over. This toy holds their interest longer than any toy we have so far. I wish I could find something similar that is just as good, but I haven't so far.

Jellycat Angora Bunny 12

So, this bunny is really cute, but I bought it as a present for a newborn, and it turns out it's not safe to use until 12 months. This was not mentioned anywhere in the product description, and with baby products, I think this is a must.

I'll give the present anyway, for later use, but I hope somebody in Amazon pays attention to this in the future. Maybe this kind of thing was obvious for parents, but it wasn't for me.

VTech Roll and Wiggle Caterpillar

My baby was not even 2 months when we bought him this and it has been one of his favorites ever since. The colors are great, and it has the tags that babies seem to love. The songs that accompany this toy are actually catchy, and you will find yourself singing them later on, which my husband seems to hate. The center "balls" can be turned to play different sounds. I found this at my local KMart for $11.

Chicco Toys Smart Driver (Spanish / English)

My son got this gift from Santa when he was a little over one year old. Now he's a little over two years and still plays with this. We are a bilingual family and so need toys that are versatile, and this toy is very durable as well. I have no complaints and can see this toy will make it through at least a couple of kids and then some! A winner!

I had high hopes for this toy based on the reviews, so I bought it for my 15 month old son for Christmas. He loves all things car-related, so he was interested in the steering wheel and seemed to enjoy the noises and lights.

There were two major problems with this toy. First, there are two settings for volume, but both settings were equally loud (and I mean LOUD). This could just be a problem with our individual unit, but it was quite annoying.

Second, and more importantly, within 2 months this toy's audio gave out altogether. The lights still work, but there is no sound at all. Granted, it has taken a lot of abuse from two young children, but given that it is made for young kids I would have expected more durability.

Overall, I was very disappointed in the longevity of this product and would not recommend it for younger children who may be too rough with it, as it doesn't appear to be very durable. My children have lost interest in it since it stopped making noise, so for the short time they played with it, it was not worth the price.

My son loves this toy! We got it for him when he was 4 months old and could only kick the buttons and chew on the key, and now that he's 10 months, he loves to pretend he's driving. He's pushed this toy off his highchair and out of his carseat several times and it hasn't broken at all. The rear-view mirror comes off and he's strong enough to take it off but he just likes to carry it around with him. Not necesarily made for the carseat, but you could put velcro on it and the carseat and attach it that way. Great toy!

Betsy Ross Costume

My daughter is 11, and was Betsy Ross for the Living museum at her school. We thought this costume worked great. The hat is very small elastic though, wouldn't stay on without clips. the chest area drooped a little in the middle but I just put a couple stitches on each side and my daughter was happy with the improvement. Overall a good costume!

We bought it for my daughters God Flag and Country speech. It worked. Now she will use it for Halloween.

K's Kids My Singing Birthday Cake Toy

The only cake with candles that the kid can light by his/her self. I got this for my daughter who has started imaginative play. Theere are 8 cake pieces that are attached with velcro, so it actually cuts into slices and my daughter gets thrilled to pur it on plates to serve it. Its very simple to light the candles, just switch on the lighter/wand then press it against the candle and it will light up, then move on to the next candle and do the same. It does no break as the cake pieces are like stuffed toys, it is easily washable too. My daughter cuts this cake several times a day. It took her a while to figure out how to light the candles with the wand. Untill then, she would press the strawberry button and it would sing the B'day song and the candle would blink by itself. But once she figured out how to light the candles, it was more fun.

Amazon had the best price at the time i bought it [ $ 30 ], whereas, other stores and websites had it for $ 50.

The cake would be fun, but like another reviewer the sound functions did not work. The candles light, which is very neat, but no sound. I emailed the manufacturer, and they say they will replace the base, but we have yet to see it. This seems like it may be a recurrent problem, so be sure that you check the product, before giving it as a gift. I assumed that it was the batteries, but replacing them had no effect.

When my almost 4 year old son requested a birthday cake toy for his birthday, I showed him many different cakes online and this is the one he chose. He was very excited to receive it and played with it with his therapist. I actually thought it was more interactive. When you press a pink strawberry button, it plays a happy birthday tune (not a song with human voice), and as soon as it finished, the candles start blinking (always 3 times). The red dog wand has a button that lights the star on top. It does not light up the candles (I guess a child is supposed to pretend that it does). What is the fun? Nevertheless, both of my boys enjoyed it. However, in less than a month of reasonable non-abusive play the sound broke. No more birthday tune. Press pink strawberry, nothing happens for several seconds and then candles blink. My non-verbal autistic son was pulling my hand towards the toy to make it work but I could not. I changed the batteries and cleaned up the contacts but no luck. Emailed the company, answered all their questions but no results. I think this toy is way overpriced for the what you get, it was a splurge for my family and I regret purchasing it. But my children enjoyed it while it worked, hence 2 stars.

Update: I emailed the company about the issue and received the replacement of the broken part (mailed from Hong Kong via registered mail). Now the sound works and my children are happy again. Regarding lighting the candles, I have to admit that I did not figure it out. When we received the replacement, I observed our therapist lighting the candles with my son and was very surprised. I asked her if the broken toy did the same and she said yes. Turns out, you have to position star very specifically on the candle and wait for several seconds which I did not do initially. So the candles do light up! She said blowing did not work. I tried today with the new working toy and I blew the candles and heard cheers! Very cool! So, the cake is really interactive! Live and learn!

Holgate Mail Truck

When I happened onto this little mail truck, I knew we had to have him. His adorable little face reminds me so much of my childhood, of playing with my parents old toys, and that's no real surprise. Holgate is a company that started making toys in 1929, and the wonderful retro designs on them are courtesy of Jarvis Rockwell (brother to the famous Norman Rockwell). This company's name seemed really familiar to me, and last time we were playing at my daughter's great-grandmother's house, I realized it was because the name "holgate" was stamped on the bottom of my dad's old 1950's wooden stacking toy. One that has been through 3 generations of kids, and hardly shows the wear for it. Holgate isn't kidding when they say their toys are made to last a lifetime... and then some.

But enough about history. I think this toy is a fantastic little creation, and the price isn't bad either. Made of American hardwoods, with non-toxic paints (which don't smell upon unpacking), this is one toy that won't offer any unpleasant surprises. It's a good size, unlike some of the German toys that occasionally do surprise me with how much smaller they look than the accompanying images portray them to be. The wooden sorting pieces are just large enough to not pose a major choking hazard, though gifting to the nearly two crowd would be the safest bet. I love the little wooden 'love letters', and suspect the kids will too. The unfinished wood on this truck is rich in color and has beautiful grain. He pulls nicely and smoothly across the floor (the pull cord on ours is multi-colored, retro-looking, not red), and I could see him him being a really versatile toy. He's a sorter, a pull toy, a ride for little Playmobil people, just a truck to go vroom vroom with, and a place to stash little letters that need to be delivered around imaginary towns.

I just can't wait to see how the kids like him Christmas morning, but I think I can safely say you couldn't go wrong with this mail truck. Very, very cool.

My grandmother used to have my mother's Holgate toys from the 1940s at her house when we came to visit. All of my cousins and I loved them, and now the great-grandchildren play with them too. I only just realized that Holgate still makes toys today, so I got this one for my 18-month old nephew for Christmas. He is really into trucks, and pulled it behind him for two weeks straight, even at the grocery store. He stopped playing with the shape sorter once he "solved" it, but he really likes putting the two wooden love letters through the mail slot. Lately, this toy has been transporting Thomas the Tank Engine and a bunch of blocks around the house while the nephew periodically makes it have crashes. It is pretty darn sturdy, luckily.

Made in the USA, which is a big selling point for me.

Kitten Tails Book 9" by Jellycat

Like everything that I have purchased from Amazon, the Kitten Tails Book by Jellycat is just fine. The same book is sold at the upscale grocery market where I shop, but I did not want to buy it there where so many hands were constantly touching it. My purchase from Amazon came wrapped and untouched---so preferable. The book is very colorful and my grand-daughter is intrigued with it. She loves the textures of the tails and the funny cats that are attached to those tails. The book is just the right size for a toddler or baby.

My daughter really enjoys this great touchy feely kitty book! We take it along on the road and have had great experience with all of the Jellycat products we've purchased.

Fisher-Price Little People Wheelies Rev 'n Sounds Race Track

I have 2 year old boy/girl twin grandchildren. I bought the racetrack for my grandson, but I also knew his sister would be playing with it, too, so I bought a couple of extra sets of cars. I feel confident when I purchase toys by Fisher-Price that they will be well made. This one is sturdy and has bright colors. I like how it folds up for storage and has a handle on the top to make it easier for little ones to take to a different location. The car noises are fun, in fact, it was making them when I brought it in from the porch. My one frustration with most Fisher-Price products is they do not package them in a way that will make them easy to wrap and this one is no exception.

my son got this for his first birthday. He loves it, plays with it daily. I also love that it folds up and I can put a few cards in it and take it with us when we go visit someone so that he will have something to play with. Great gift!

This is a great toy! He uses the rest of his Little People wheelie cars on it in addition to the race cars that come with it. He likes to "race" the cars and to angle the bottom of the ramp up to "jump" them into things. He also loves exploring all the nooks and crannies where he can store and wedge cars in the frame of the ramp. It closes up and can be carried with a handle, at least in theory. My only complaint is that it doesn't stay shut so my son can't can't carry it himself. The closing latch could use a bit of a redesign. We also have the 2ft tall wheelie race ramp and this little one is much better than that.

My son received the Cars version of this toy for his 2nd birthday last month (came with Lightning and Francesco). He absolutely loves it! He can race not only the cars that came with it and other wheelies, but his Tonka wheel pals and and Animal wheel pals (by Playskool maybe) also work. He has a ton of fun racing and we'll play together where I'll pick my car or animal and he'll pick his and we'll race. It folds up for easy storage and has a handle for carrying it around or taking to Grandma's house. Plus you can fit more wheelies than just the two in the storage "garage" for transport. It's strong plastic and very durable, I haven't had any problems with it and would be surprised if it broke. It's a great toy.

We bought this toy for our 18-month old son. Now that he's almost two, he likes to play with it even more. Even older kids like to race two cars against one another and see who goes the farthest. This toy is great, because, unlike some other race track toys, it folds up quite compact and doesn't take up a lot of room. With a handle and a storage area for at least 6 cars, you can take it anywhere. A variety of other vehicles can go on the track too. Our son even pretends it is a large slide for his stuffed animals. We would definitely recommend this toy.

I purchased this for my twins and I am still in shock at the chalkboard. It basically isn't a chalkboard. The chalk doesn't work on it and because it is a flimsy piece of plastic. For the money I paid they could have put in something that you can actually write on. My twins are 2 and they have already given up on trying to draw on the so-called chalkboard.

I bought this at another store and paid $32 plus shipping. As other reviews have said, it is very flimsy and smaller than expected. I was picturing it as sort of a stiff lap sized book my daughter could use in the car or on the couch. It is small, and the pad included it very thin paper that basically fell off the cardboard in 2 seconds. The crayons are fine, but the chalk was mostly broken when it arrived. I wanted to send it back but my daughter was very excited about it despite it being flimsy. You can slip the crayons in the slots for travel and the chalkboard is the plastic in the back cover. The front pocket is small, so there is not much room to carry other items. I'm still going to bring it in the car for holiday travel, but I wish it was bigger and better especially for the money. I'd look for something better at store that you can see and touch before you buy. A portfolio meant for an adult with a baggie for crayons would have been better!

I bought this as a gift for another child, so I really can't comment on how fun or durable it is. But I did want to share the fact that when it arrived, it was much smaller and flimsier/cheaper looking than I had expected. I'm sure the small size will be great for the 3-year-old I got it for, but I just wasn't expecting it to be that size. The "chalkboard" is sort of like a piece of plastic or nylon or something, so it was way flimsier than I expected. Overall, I'm sure it's fine (haven't talked to the mom of the boy I got it for), but I was a bit surprised at how cheap it looked (especially for $25!). So, while it's probably fine (again, haven't asked the mother), it seemed way over priced for what I got.

10 Squirtin' Buddies

I bought these toys (not over amazon but rather at our local drug store) for my daughter's bath time. She has just started teething so mouths and chews on everything she can get her hands on. We found to our shock that some of the paint came off one of the toys after she gnawed it with her new teeth! No idea what the paint is made of, and potentially a health hazard. Not our idea of having fun with bath toys!

I emailed the company, as I do with all baby toys I purchase to see if they are made with BPA, PVC, or phthalates . These are made out of PVC, and are toxic. Very cute but toxic.

My 5 month old daughter was chewing on the blue whale when i looked in her mouth and there was blue on her tongue. These are made in china and theres nothing to indicate that they are bpa-free or pthalate-free, but besides that its clear they are cheaply made and who knows whats in the paint. Terrible product.

The product description says '9 years and up'. This is listed in the baby bath toys section. BE CAREFUL in purchasing these products that are mislabeled or miscategorized. Look for phthalate-free toys for babies that chew/teethe on everything.

Although the bright colorful little squirter toys were fun for my son, after awhile the water that was left in the little toys went stagnant and started molding inside the toy. If you don't empty the water from the squirters completely, you'll end up with foul smelling mold inside the toys. I would guess they need to be rinsed out really well after each bath. I have three sons therefore have three showers/baths every night and don't have time to carefully rinse these little toys.

We finally tossed them and are going for toys that don't get water stuck in them or you can rinse them out easier.

Bright Starts Having a Ball Bop and Chomp Gator

My son got this for his first birthday and it is by far his favorite toy. I was amazed at how quickly he picked up on what to do with each of the balls; and he gets a kick out of matching the colored ball to the right hole. And he knows that it will make noise and flash lights when he pushes the balls in he gets so excited. When it starts playing a tune he will jump up with the mallet and do a little shimmy dance, so the toy is so worth it right there! I do get a little frustrated that it seems like after a month of continuous use (every day) that the holes almost seem stretched out and are not as sensitive though, so the toy doesn't always recognize that a ball went through. The mouth of the gator slides down really easily too and my son has to really work to get the ball out of it's mouth. Again....I guess it's a learning thing so he recognizes the ball is in there, but he doesn't understand why it won't come out on it's own all the time. Cute, nice to keep my son occupied, but not built for all the wear and tear little ones put on their toys.

My daughter got this for her first birthday. It's cute....baby likes it. However, I put her in the playpen with this toy while I did something on the computer. And I heard her start screaming from the next room. Poor baby's foot was caught in one of the ball holes. It was hurting her at the angle it was caught at. After quickly scooping her up and twisting the toy, I was able to wiggle her foot free, but I won't be leaving her alone with it anymore.

Little Mommy Bedtime Baby

I have the Little Mommy doll and a lot of accessories and my two-year old daughter loves them. It has been durable and sturdy, but most of all fun. I can't believe more accessories or related products are not available.

I am confused by some of the poor reviews. Some seem wrong our doll's high chair does not have a cardboard tray (it is hard plastic like the rest of the chair). Others seem picky...complaining about a high forehead? This doll is not meant to be realistic, change the world, or project a certain kind of attitude (like Bratz). It's a doll meant for really small children. That's it. And by that criterion, this doll is a total success.

If you want a 100% realistic doll or one that is more about attitude than fun, then don't buy this doll. It is not for you. But don't criticize it when it doesn't meet your expectations. Complaining about this product is like complaining about a refrigerator for not heating your food or complaining about a record player that doesn't play CDs.

This doll is very sweet and my daughter (18 months) likes her a lot. In fact she has taken her to pre-school a couple times and the doll got very dirty.

Then we found out that because of the battery and electronics you can only surface wash the doll -and since she is made of cloth that is pretty hard to do.

Also, to make the doll make noise, you have to find the button with two fingers (one underneath the dolls toy) and squeeze it. My daughter can find the button, but to make it play she has to ask for help. After all that music only plays for a moment.

I'm thinking about taking the electronics out so that I can at least give her a good handwashing.

This doll is cute, and the little lamb does light up and play a lullabye as advertised. Our doll looks just like the one in the picture. Our one disappointment was that the clothes are not removable. My daughter likes to dress her dolls in different outfits and was very surprised to discover the clothes are sewn right onto the doll. I think this makes the doll a great purchase for toddlers and young preschoolers, but not as appealing for older girls.

This doll was my 10 month olds first doll. It was bought instead of the glow worm, and I am glad for that decision. My daughters face lights up at the sound of a real baby before the music begins. With in an hour of having the doll she taught herself how to press the button for the music. This doll is simply great! The only problem I have is that she doesn't want to share it and cries when you try!

My 1yr old loves this baby. Whenever it's time for bed I tell her that her baby needs to go night-nite, and she gets her baby and goes up the stairs to go to bed. When she wakes up she gets her baby out of bed too. I love this toy for that.
