Buy VTech - Tiny Touch Phone Now
I bought this just before Christmas for my 1 1/2 year old niece, and so far she seems to love it! The buttons are bright, music is good, lights up details all correct in listing, no surprises and all some of her favorite things. She hasn't quite figured out how to push the red button so that it exposes the keypad, but I suspect that problem will be solved in a short time. Very sturdy and colorful.I bought this to put in our diaper bag for when we are out and need a little distraction. So far it's serving its purpose. My son has a different phone (Fisher Price learning phone) at home that he loves and I wanted something similar so I got this. I thought he would like it since it has lights and buttons and sounds which he loves. It's a bit quiet but that's good for when we are out and I don't want a loud toy getting everyone's attention. It doesn't say too much but has a couple repeating songs that are cute. This will only distract him for a little bit like while waiting for our food to come to the table or in the car for maybe 10 minutes but that's all I needed. The phone is a bit hard to slide open for him but other than that he seems to have fun with it. I think it was a good deal for the price. My son is 18 months but I bet an even younger baby would like it even more except that it's a bit bulky for tiny hands. I like that it's small enough to fit nicely in our diaper bag though and big enough for my son to reach in and get a grip on it when he wants to play with it. Overall I am happy with it.My 2 year old and 10 month old love phones. My 2 year old has a Handy Manny phone that's a good size and my youngest loves it too;therefore they're usually fighting for it. So I bought this one for my youngest and he loves it, maybe not as much as the other one but he loves the blinking lights and pictures on it.Friday, October 4, 2013
VTech - Tiny Touch Phone
Worked fine as a toy for a couple of months, then transformed into the TINY TOUCH PHONE DANCE REMIX version, which was pretty annoying. Whenever you turned it on, it would start having a sort of audio seizure. As an aside, though, the phone is built to last!Toy makers seemed to have missed the point. The more a cell phone looks like a real cell phone the more your kid will want it. Up until now, my child has tossed toy cell phones to the side and stolen mine whenever the chance arises. This phone actually caught his attention for a little while. The mirror with lights is great and somewhat like the touch screen on most phones now. He still likes my phone more, but at least this is a good second. I would definitely buy this item again. While it did take longer to arrive than most items, it arrived within the estimated shipping dates.
