Sesame Street Juggling Teether Toy
We bought the Elmo teether because it is BPA free. The balls are rounded and thick, so our baby has something to put her mouth around (vs. the less comforting flat teethers). We put it in the freezer and it stays cold for a decent amount of time. I'm not sure what is inside the balls, it has a foamy look, but it isn't just distilled water like most "cooling" teethers. Elmo contains a rattle, so that adds another element of interest for our baby. It is a super buy (under five bucks) for a bpa free teether/rattle. I wish it had come out sooner and I hadn't wasted twice the price on the Natursutten cooling teether. My daughter always tends to bite the plastic portion of this teether which is bad for her gums. You will be better off buying a teether that is all round chewable.
