MY GRANDSON FIRST BDAY WILL HAVE A SOCK MONKEY THEME.......HE WILL BE PERFECT FOR THIS.IT IS OF GREAT QUALITY AND COLORS VERY BRIGHT

I ordered this for my Grandson's 2nd birthday expecting that he would receive a brown sock monkey as shown. Being in another state I ordered and had shipped directly to him.

About a month later my son told me that the sock monkey they received was "PINK"! How embarrasing!

Do not order this product unless you have no preference as to color.

Bought this as a gift for my brother. Was under the impression that this was a BROWN monkey, as the picture shows, and as other products were labeled with the specific color like "pink baby sock monkey".

The monkey I received was pink. Not very pleased.

Seems that I am not the only one who got the wrong color. Wanted brown, ordered brown, got purple. :( Otherwise, the product is quality and safe for young ones.

I gave this toy an overall 2 star review b/c I ordered a brown sock monkey and received a purple sock monkey. I guess I should have been forewarned by the other reviews. But I was in a hurry for the holidays and needed something quickly, so did not return the item. Vendor should clearly state if they will not be able to honor the color choice.
