We hung this from the toy bar of our baby's play-mat-gym, and at first he was uninterested in it. However, once he was old enough to start grabbing and batting at things, he became utterly fascinated by the crinkly noises it makes when he grabs the points, and the jingling when he bats at it. The fluttery ribbons on the tips also seem to amuse him greatly.This is an excellent baby-distractor for infants around 3 months, in the "ooh, I have arms and I can move them!" stage.
