I got these at a good price. I was mostly concerned with not spending a lot of money, but I was surprised at the good quality, and how cute they were.

I bought these for my son's 1st birthday party and the kids that attended just loved them. I added some colorful letter stickers to put my son's ( birthday boy ) name on his hat to make it more special for him!

I think having this delivered in less than a day or two was over priced. However, this none toy item looked great on top of my grandson's head for his first birthday. The craftmanship and quality was what I expected in a paper good.

I will look for other items manufactured by this company for my grandson's next birthday...
