Both of my children have these "flatsos" and they are fantastic! They wash up really well and stay soft and together. My son is 3 and has loved his well (every nap/night)! Definitely a nice gift for a new baby!

Between both of my kids they have about a dozen of these. The first one I bought 4 years ago when my son was 3 months old. I love them, the kids love them. I put them in the washer and dryer on a weekly basis and the first one I bought (which my son still sleeps with every night) is still in good condition. These are AWESOME!!

These are not machine washable (or handwashable for that matter). They say spot wash only. Who makes a baby toy that can't be washed? They're cute, and if they were washable, they'd be a decent product.
