I bought this for my niece for xmas. I was going to buy a Melissa and Doug version, but the Canadian recalls changed my mind. I am glad I got this. It is very small. She LOVES playing with it. It is unfinished wood, so no worries about toxin exposure. I would suggest it for anyone wanting to keep chemicals away from our little ones and to support USA businesses!

We have had this on our Baby Registry for a while and could not wait to get it! We purchased it for our 5 month old as a gift and love it! Quality Made in USA...well built. Shape Sorter comes with 3 blocks for each shape, not just one for each shape! It comes with a bag to hold the shapes! I love this and my both of my daughters love this. It's a win-win! It is small, beautiful and perfect. Worth every penny! I've been trying to slowly fade out plastic toys in our home for health and eco-friendly reasons. I also love that this is made in the USA.

I was looking for a shape sorter for my 9 month old son and decided on this one over the Plan Toys and Wonderworld ones because I liked the simplicity of it (no colors and the names of the shape on it) and it comes with more than block per shape. I was really excited, until I opened the package. It is really small, I was surprised nobody had mentioned this in their reviews, I didn't check the dimensions (my fault). I will let my baby play with it because the quality is really great and see how he likes it. However the size makes it better suitable for kids over 1 (or even 1.5). So excellent shape sorter, just not a great first one.
