Used this at Disney to keep the stroller dry when parked at Animal Kingdom. Disney has many areas where you have to leave stroller outside when you enter restaurant or line for attraction. Easy to use. Stroller dry when we return. I don't know how well it will hold up long term but it is a heavy pliable plastic right now. Does not blow off in a wind.
