I purchased this a few months ago for my son, and while initially he wasn't sure what to do with it, it has become a favorite toy, providing him with reliable entertainment. It's small enough to stow in a large diaper bag or to keep him occupied while in his car seat. It really was a great purchase and he continues to discover each new aspect of the cube over time.
This is a pretty cute toy; but I felt one of the features is completely unnecessary in a toy targeted at very young children. Namely, the magnets that are in one of the sides are pretty strong and emit EMF at fairly high levels (> 5mG). While research on the effects of EMF exposure is still ongoing, there are enough concerns to question the necessity of putting magnets into toys given to infants.
