the fun is in putting it together but it is not very good for a playhouse because it is rather small and too tippy. all the sticks for the fence don't stay inside the holes, but my 3 year old daughter still loves putting it together. my daughter can also stack the logs to make her own creation and has spent an hour doing that by herself. we have gotten good play mileage out of this. It really is very cute.
