Angel Dear Cuddle Twin Set

Bought "a bear and a spare" as a first "lovey" for my grandson. If he gets attached to it as we expect, he will definitely need an identical "back-up", so this gift-boxed set of two is perfect. The front of the box reads "Cuddle Twins", and the back and the sides also talk about being a twin, which I did not expect, but oh, well. I did quite a lot of research to pick out the perfect attachment item for my grandson, and the Angel Dear brand got many, many high reviews. It also comes in many styles and colors. I got the brown bear, and it is adorable. My son dragged around the same teddy bear for YEARS (or the identical replacements we had to buy whenever he lost one), but I like the idea of a little soft blankie with a cute animal head. It will be easy to hold, easy to pack in a diaper bag and easy to wash. Not too big for a newborn; not too small for a toddler. I'll let you know how he likes it later.

I actually received this as a pair and a spare (3 instead of 2) but 2 would have sufficed. This has been a godsend! My son has the monkeys and took to it immediately. At only a few months old he was wanting something to cuddle in bed. I was nervous to give him a stuffed animal or a blanket for safety reasons, so I pulled out these monkeys. He immediately draped it over his face to sleep which made me nervous for about a minute, but they're so light that they posed no danger at all. It is extraordinarily soft and light still after many many many trips through the washing machine. All three still look brand new!

When I first received them as a shower gift I thought, how odd, three of the same thing. It couldn't be more perfect! We leave one at the cottage, one at home, and there is still one left to come everywhere with us. My son adores them, and we NEVER leave the house without one. He is able to chew on the head while cuddling and holding the blanket part. At nine months now, he is inseparable from his monkey. And best of all, when one gets dirty I just throw it in the laundry and have one still to give him. Also, stopping him from getting upset by the "new" smell that sometimes upsets kids when their blankies are washed. By the time I give a clean one back to him, it has picked up all the proper, mommy/baby/home smells again.

This will be my first go to for shower gifts for people, I can't imagine what we would have done without it!!!! What a well-made, well-designed product!

We have 2 of the brown owls for our now nearly 2 year old. As soon as we saw them, we knew they would be the perfect lovey for our new baby and his woodland forest themed nursery. :) I love having a spare when Mr. Owl needs to be washed or gets misplaced at nap/bedtime. His grandma keeps one at her house too, so we are always prepared! Easy to tuck in a diaper bag or suitcase, easy to cuddle with in bed. We are expecting a baby girl now, and our only problem has been which sweet Angle Dear blanket to choose for her! We highly recommend these super soft blankets.

My mother-in-law purchased one of these when my daughter turned 1. She latched onto it and it became her sleep lovie. She started chewing on the nose area, and it started to stink after a while. I needed some back ups so I could rotate them and wash them.

They are super soft and DO NOT MAKE NOISE! So many of these lovies rattle or jingle, which is not good if your little one is trying to sleep!! I have purchased a total of 4 of these and we rotate them and toss them out after the noses get chewed off. Granted, most kids probably won't be chewing on them as much as my little one does, though. But between rotating and washing, 4 of these have lasted over a year now. We will buy more if we need to, great product!
