Jellycat Bashful Bunny Pink Soother 18" Blankie

I received this as a baby shower gift, and my now 4 month old loves it.

I like Jellycat in general their toys are lovely and such high quality. But Jellycat retires their animals on a regular basis like beanie babies. Old popular toys end up on online auction sites for hundreds of dollars. My best friend learned this the hard way. Her daughter fell in love with Crochetta Mousewhich is now discontinued and impossible to find (if you see one around, let me know). So she has a worn out doll that her 2 year old is fiercely attached to, and she is terrified of the doll being lost or damaged beyond repair.

This is a soothie it's specifically a comforting toy that a child can get attached to. So I came here and bought a second (and considering a third). Seeing how much my daughter loves hers already, and knowing that Jellycat discontinues, I had decided that if I couldn't find a second one, I'd take it away from her altogether and find something else to get attached to.

Anyway, glad I didn't have to find something else. This is great. It's SO soft and sweet. And the color of pink is perfect. So is the size. She curls up with it in her arms and It's not so big like a blanket that I worry about it.

I couldn't do without this! I received this as a gift from a friend and my baby girl just LOVES it! She chews on it, sucks on it, cuddles it. When it's nap time I get her settled and give this to her, she grabs it pulls it to her cheek and within 5mins she's asleep! It's so absolutely soft, I've never felt anything this soft! And the floppy bunny is just adorable! I'll definitely be grabbing a second to keep on hand should anything happen to the one we have!

My little one took to this little bunny/blanket in her crib to cuddle with when sleeping and now prefers taking it everywhere she goes now that she is 10 months...and frequently uses the ears at a teether. Don't let the pic confuse youthe bunny does have an attached blanket that isnt pictured in the item description photo. I bought 4 extras so I always have one of these on hand. So soft and lovable.

We tried multiple other types of soothers and this is the only one my daughter seeks out. She loves to play with the bunny ears as she settles in to sleep, and the soft body allows her to roll over it without being woken up.
