My husband and I bought this for our little dreamboat for his 6 month birthday. We were only interested in purchasing a real sterling silver rattle. This rattle shipped quick, came wrapped in a cute little green box and has a lovely sound to it. This is a perfect gift for a new baby if you purchase and get it engraved. This is a favorite toy of our little ones. As soon as he hears the sound he smiles. It is also very practical for tweeting!
