The bunny was/is a hit! I recorded myself singing a little tune and she LOVED it. She was dancing and clapping and the rabbit is sooooo soft. Definitely a perfect purchase :).

This bunny is absolutely adorable! He is incredibly soft, hugable and lovable. The only down side is there is only 10 seconds worth of recordable space, but it does work really well. We got this for our granddaughter (almost 2 years-old).

Little Tikes High Back Toddler Swing

I've bought this swing twice now, both times as a birthday gift for a one-year old niece/nephew. The kids are crazy about this swing--once they go in, they never want to get out! The swing is made from sturdy plastic that is molded into one piece; it's very easy to lift a child in and out of it, and there is an attached belt for safety. The swing nicely accomodates a one-year old child but slightly younger and a bit older would probably work too (the instructions indicate it holds up to 30 pounds). One minor issue is that you might need to obtain extra rope/chain in order to hang the swing properly--and you may have some trouble getting it straight--but overall, this a great gift that kids really enjoy.

My daughter is nine months old and difficult to entertain for any length of time. We bought this swing on a whim and it has turned out to be her favorite "toy". We can spend an hour swinging and singing in the back yard and we don't notice the time has passed. One note, we had to purchase extra rope to hang this swing at the proper level.

I bought this swing to hang from our porch. It comes with pre-attached ropes that are not height-adjustable, so we had to get two pieces of chain to hang it at a safe level. Unfortunately, the nylon ropes that come with the swing have a tendency to twist against eachother so that the swing does not hang straight. It is pointed diagonally (this is not a problem of unevenness, so we can't slide the ropes through to fix the problem). I had hoped that the ropes would relax over time, but they haven't, and we just don't use the swing as much as we had planned. Otherwise I like the high back, large leg holes, and safety belt. I think I'll be replacing the ropes altogether.

Kidz Delight My Discovery World, Blue

I bought this for my three-year-old son before my husband and I had to leave on an extended overseas trip. The map was useful for showing him how we were going to take an airplane from the States to the Philippines. My only complaint is that in order for the sounds to work, you have to place the map on a solid surface. It won't work in the car or on the carpet. Actually, one more complaint, there is an option to play a game where you match an animal sound to the picture of the animal, but all of the sounds are pretty much the same. If your child doesn't like to sit at a table while playing with his toys, he probably will never play with this toy.

Some continents and animals have no sound and they should. The plane doesn't work as I thought, you have to press it really hard to get a sound.

my son, now a preschooler, has been carring this tigger around since he was about 6 months old. This tigger is made of very soft and huggable fleece material. It has been washed several times in the washing machine and still keeps its shape :) Perfect lovey and first stuffed animal friend.

I gave my wife this stuffed animal as sort of a gag gift with her birthday present. She loves it! She loves how soft and "cuddly" it is. It actually hasn't left our bed since I gave it to her. Our "real" English Bulldog Rza tried to eat it a couple times but, hey that's what they do. Overall this is not cheap material, it's really soft and very well put together. It's not an identical bully but, it's close enough. I mos def reccomend it to any bully lover.

Made a great gift for SO. Has held up well to significant cuddling over several months, but will not last a lifetime.

There is a pretty awful looking tag that comes out of the dogs neck which was easy to cut off, though it was designed to stay there.

I bought this game for my 2 year old since she's been into rainbows lately and it seemed like a nice easy game that would be be interesting for her. She LOVES it! Her 4.5 year old sister will play it with her too so that's an added bonus. :-) It's very well made, sturdy, and stands up to some rough toddlers that have come over. :-) The shapes are all ones that my 2 year old knew pretty well already but it's helped to solidify them in her mind and within only a day or two she was able to tell me "indigo diamond" and "violet circle" without me having to remind her that they aren't just blue and purple. :-) It's also a great way to teach the kids about the rainbow and the order of the colors in the rainbow. It was well worth it and I would definitely buy it again!

This game is a fun FIRST game for toddlers. My 3-year-old enjoys spinning and choosing the right shapes to fit his board. He also likes to just do all the game boards as puzzles instead of a game. My only real critique of the game is that the spinner is clear plastic so it is hard to see which shape has been spun. I think that even a child who just turned 2 could play...maybe with some help naming the shapes and colors.

Little Tikes Discover Sounds Hammer

This hammer was purchased for my son for Christmas. HE LOVED IT! However, I noticed that there is a "film" almost skin-like peeling from the blue handle. I thought at first it was just a result of him playing with it (sticky hands, etc) but upon further investigation, I noticed that a clear plastic film is flaking from every spot on the handle. I don't know if this is a product defect or if it is harmless, but either way, I have taken it away from him and sent a note on to "Little Tikes" expressing my concern. He enjoyed this toy so much... I will have to find something else to entertain him and his desire to bang on things.

We bought this for our daughters since they love to bang toys on the floor. I figured I might as well make it somewhat productive, so I bought it. They also have a hard time getting it away from me as I love to hear the sound effects. It's a durable toy with a rubber grip and rubber hammer head, so you won't see any dings or scratches from their hammering. Five stars!

Animal Planet 2-in-1 Backpack with Harness

Cute and 21mo old son loves it (only reason I'm giving more than zero stars), but we used it ONCE and the stitching at the bottom of the shoulder straps and also at the harness attachment ripped. He pulled on it hard once, I heard a noise, and sure enough, all of the important seams had come apart. This totally defeats the purpose of having a harness for a toddler on the go. If the kid can't pull on it without it completely ripping apart and him escaping, what's the point? Very false sense of security. My son likes it, and I do too, but only if it works. If I get a chance I may bring it to a tailor to reinforce the whole thing. Otherwise I'll have to return it.

With four kids, the oldest being 4 yo, we felt we could use a little help in corralling the family when we're out. I knew I wanted a leash but I wanted something that didn't make me look like some sort of control freak parent to others. I mean let's face it, when a kid doesn't want to be in a stroller anymore, no one wins by trying to keep him in there. So when I found a harness that looked like a stuffed animal, I knew this was exactly what I was looking for.

We used this with my daughter when she was 18 mo. She had been walking for almost a year already but we wanted to make sure we didn't lose sight of her when we're at a mall or zoo. She loved it and even her older brother, who just turned 3 yo at the time, loved holding the other end so they would walk together. It was actually very cute.

However, when we tried to use this with my third child when he was 18 months, this was outright dangerous. He would constantly pull and if you don't give in and move with him, he would fall forward and land on his face! We simply had to keep him in a 5-point belted stroller even when he would have a meltdown. With kids like that, there really is no great solution (he's not easy at home either).

In short, if you have a calm child, this might be perfect for you. However, if your child is a runner, this type of leash will not work since it pulls him from the back. Maybe something that straps to the wrist would be better.

The first time I use it, my kid tried to run away, the harness ripped from the backpack and my kid actually fell on his face on the ground. We bought this for our recent vacation to help allow our 20-month old to walk or run around the airport but we could still keep her within arms reach.

We used it, literally, for less than an hour before it fell apart at the seams. First the loop on the tail broke after just a few minutes. I figured I'd just stitch it up when we got to our destination, no biggie. Our flights were delayed several hours and by the time we boarded the first flight the whole pack had simply come apart. The stitching at the bottom came undone so that the legs, tail (leash), and body all separated.

Perhaps it was from a bad batch. We ordered it months before the trip and just opened the package in the car on the way to the airport so she hadn't played with it or used it prior.

We purchased another brand at a local store while on the trip and it has held together and been handy.

Why did I need to buy another one? It wasn't any specific strong attachment that she had to the toy but there's something about the way it can sit up and move around that makes it her go-to stuffed animal for playing/pretending. I don't really see much of a need in reviewing a beanie baby because everyone by now knows what they are but for playtime I think it's a great toy.

My husband and I bought this for our little dreamboat for his 6 month birthday. We were only interested in purchasing a real sterling silver rattle. The is a good, durable toy that our 10 month old twins (boy & girl) keep coming back too. They have had this from about 7 months old and it continues to be a favorite toy. There njoyment with it is changing as the grow and I can see that it is a developmental toy.

As a stacker, they pretty much just love to knock it down right now. I has also helped our with son's crawling development...we will set it up across the room and he crawls to get to it.

The size and feel of the toy is great and this is a good learning toy as well with colors and shapes. Ther are many different versions of this type of toy out there and I am sure all are fine, but I would recomend this Tolo toy.

Very good quality, has many ways how and what teach your child. Very sturdy and durable plastic, excellent colors. You have to be prepared to spend some time with the kid just playing and teaching colors and shapes.

Bobles Tumbling Elephant - Turquise

We bought this for our nursery. Although the baby hasn't arrived yet I've used it while grading papers (using the snake table). It was cool because I could switch which way I wanted to sit. Also my little brother who has sensory integration dysfunction uses this every time he comes over to rock while he watches movies or while we read to him. My husband has used it to stretch out his back. I think this is a must if you have any sensory issues in you family or want a versatile piece of furniture that doubles in play!

I hoped that my grandsons...aged 4 and 1...would love these. They love animals. They are active little boys so I was hoping they would love the ability to climb, crawl, and jump. The 4 yr. old created obstacle courses with this elephant and the other animals I ordered for them. My 1 yr. old took the 3 layered fish and promptly sat on it, then started rolling it around the room. Before the evening was over, he was standing on it. Both boys crawled over the animals, rearranged them, then crawled all over again. All the adults in the room wished we could do the same. They are strong enough for adults to sit on the sides. One relative wasn't surprised when she heard they were made in Denmark. She said the Danes are noted for having a unique sense of function and beauty.

I guess I am going to be a grandma who spoils her grandsons, but I can see years of joyful, creative play with these products. I can't wait until more of the animals types shown on the Danish web site arrive in America.

Wonderworld Mini Trailer

Great size but the back of the truck came unglued within days, easy enough to fix I said and the the blade just came off the other day. I'm fixing it but why should I have to? I will stick with plan toys.

UPDATE: I have glued that piece over a dozen times now. Also, the back end piece that holds the dozer is no longer upright. That gave out a while ago. The boys love the toy and do not seem to notice.

My son has been playing with this toy for about 6 months now and it's held up great. He bangs them around and they can take the beating. The magnet is really strong and needs a little force to pull it apart. Love toys from Wonderworld!

I made sure I ordered the older version of this toy. The new one has painted on windows, which makes it harder for little hands to grab. I LOVE Wonderworld toys and have a few of their toys, but I am disappointed to see that they are reducing their toy prices but on the sacrifice of quality by painting on windows in their wood vehicles now.

Side note: I have the older version of the dump truck and it's still my son's fave. My son is not yet 18 months yet (he is 17 months) so perhaps this trailer is more complex for him at the moment since it has 3 different parts. Nonetheless, he plays with this on occasion and I haven't regretted it.

Green Toys Dump Truck, Pink

My kids love all the Green Toys trucks. I got my daughter a pink on so it could be just hers because her brother steals them all. They're an awesome size, hard to lose and extremely durable. Can't wait to get more.

I purchased this dump truck for my 3-year old girl because it was the only pink one I could find. After receiving the shipment and playing with it for a week, I think the price is a little high for the quality (I paid thirty dollars).

Some of the wheels get stuck a lot and don't spin, causing the plastic to scrape off the tire treads when pushed across the floor/ concrete. The truck is also smaller than I expected for the price. I do appreciate that this toy is made of recycled material, but I think for this price, the wheels should rotate more smoothly.

Aside from above, the plastic does seem very durable and I don't expect it to crack or break with rough use. It survived a toss down the carpeted basement stairs just fine.

I bought this toy hoping that it would entertain my 15 month old while trying to go to sleep. It is very cute, and has some fun things to do. My daughter especially loves the tongue on the snake, you can pull it out and it shakes as it goes back in its mouth. I was disappointed though when I tried to attach it to her crib rail. She has a convertible crib and the side rail isn't a standard size and I couldn't get the toy to attach correctly. I decided to still keep it and let her play with it outside her crib, she still enjoys it. I am sure with a standard crib the toy would be even more fun! For $50 I expected something a lot more impressive. A crib toy for $50 needs to be not only entertaining and visually appealing but also good quality and good presentation (particularly if using it for a baby shower). The toy arrived in a ratty UPS envelope without any product packaging. As a result, the crib toy appeared dingy and shop worn. I returned it immediately. Received a credit for $42 not $50 adding insult to injury.

This toy is so cute! My little boy loves to shake it and hear the chimes and since he's teething it's also got the cute little feet for him to chew on. The chimes are really nice, not annoying at all. I love that it's organic too.

Unfortunately within 3 weeks of purchasing it the elastic inside the pull. The picture also didn't do a good job of showing what the whole bee looked like and I assumed it's "back end" was more rounded, instead it was faily long and pointed. I realize it might be a very minute thing, but if I had been able to see the whole bee I wouldn't have bought it based on that. So now we have a longer hanging bee with a pointy bum that doesn't bounce, but it's still fun for my child to play with so I'll get over myself.

My baby has loved this set of toys from the beginning. The panda rattle was the first toy she smiled at and the first toy she tried to grab. The booties fit her for the first few months and were fun because they rattled when she kicked her feet. The blocks and balls are great too because they have different textures, bells inside, or crinkley noises that she still loves at 6 months old.
