I must admit, when i saw these on Amazon, I found it was cute but after I received them, oh my goodness, these invitations were super adorable! The complete packaging was amazing, I love the "save the date" and "baby mickey" stickers that came along. I used the baby mickey sticker as the sealer for the envelope and the save the date sticker as the stamp. My friends and family were amazed by the birthday invitations, they love the entire layout. Of course, I kept one as a keepsake :)

Awesome toy! My 8 months old baby girl will play with the flower in her car seat. What i like about it is in can be completely detach and the elephant can be used as a blanket buddy. Lamaze High Contrast Wrist Rattles

My daughter has these and LOVES them! She's in a pre-teething stage and is constantly looking for something to suck on. They're small and easy to fit in her mouth but I don't have to be scared that she'll swallow it because it is secured around her wrist with velcro. They are very soft, and the bright colors are fun to look at too. It's amazing to watch her use one hand to pull the other hand closer to her mouth in order to suck on the little ladybug's head. So cute!

And since they're fabric I can throw them in the wash every few days when they get really slobbery and gross.

I might even buy extras in case we lose the one's she's got. They are better than most of the other toys we have!

I bought this for our baby with combination of Lamaze socks and it works out well. It catches baby's attention and the rattling is just right sound level, not too noisy, not too quiet. But, if your baby's hand is chunky, you will have little bit of issues with one of the rattles. The strip is made out of beautiful but fuzzy material and it is not too long, so it barely fits on the hand of our little one. The other rattle is pretty ok.

I've had these for my now 5 month old for a couple of months and we have been happy with them. We started with them when she was about 3 months old and just starting to find her hands and she was fascinated by the colors and noise. As she started teething, she loves to suck and gnaw on them (it sounds pretty funny, actually) and I love that I can just throw them in the wash, though I do use a delicates bag and air dry to minimize wear on them. Unlike a couple other reviewers, I have had no trouble with getting them on my daughter or having them stay on and shes been running about 50% on the growth charts. Maybe if your little one has large wrists? Anyway, I think they have been money well spent!

It rattles ok. I got some new ones from walmart that rattled so much better. The design and color are amazing. I have a chubby little two month old, and she only was able to fit in the wrist rattles for two weeks, and now they don't fit. If they were to fit longer, they would be amazing.

I got this for my son to match my daughter for Halloween(she was princess Jasmine). I was pretty disappointed in the quality... It got tears on some of the seems because the fabric is so thin, it just frayed away where it was sewn. Also the sash is very stiff. My son did look really cute though, and got many people saying how cute he was while trick-or-treating! So It served it's purpose...just wish the quality was better. Also I got it a size bigger so there was room for him to wear a sweatshirt and sweatpants under it so he wouldn't be cold!

Plan Toys Preschool Cone Sorting

I have the old model of this toy, Plan Toys Cone Sorting and my 10 month old loves it so much, we decided to buy this new version for her cousin's first birthday. I decided to open it up to compare this new one and the old one. Here are some of the key differences:

This new model is recommended for 18+ months (versus 2+ years with the old model).

This new model has ridges on all of the outer rings, which makes for more secure stacking and more stacking possibilities (See photo).

This new model has a rounded top which allows for upside down stacking and perhaps creates less of a choking hazard.

This new model has a green base with ridges on top and bottom, which creates more stacking possibilities. The green color is also less likely to get stained. My natural base on the old model has gotten dirty and stained after only a of couple months.

This new model is made from sawdust and wood chips instead of organic rubberwood which results in a grainy look (versus the smooth look of the old model). Personally, I think the old model is more aesthetically pleasing.

This new model uses organic paint (the paint on the old model is still water-based and non-toxic, but not organic).

Overall, this new model appears even better than the old one, and I would definitely recommend it!

My 9 month old loves taking apart this toy. Every time we put it back together, she just has to demolish it. This toy also encouraged her to start crawling. She would throw one of the inner cylinders, and then crawl after it to fetch it. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the cylinders will end up rolling everywhere... under the couch, the t.v., etc., so it's kind of annoying to keep digging them out, but scattering the pieces and watching them roll is half the fun for the baby. If you plan on giving this to an infant, just be sure to watch them closely or take away the light green piece... it seemed a little dangerous when I saw my baby chewing on the end of it.

Unfinished Oval Bead Rattle

Not only does she love the sound the rattle makes, she likes to chew on it. Which is okay by me since it is untreated wood and not glazed or painted. She has taken the paint off her wood blocks from scraping her teeth, I had to take those away for now. At 9 months old this rattle is still a favorite. I bought 2 to give away as gifts and may need to buy 2 more. We did not have a problem with wood splinters like some of the other reviewers, but a light sanding on rough spots would fix that.

I was so excited to find this rattle (along with the similar version w/ a bell inside) because it's all natural (no paints) and MADE IN THE USA (hard to find anything NOT made in China these days). While it appeared just as the picture displayed, it was a big rough and my child ended up scratching himself w/ the non-smooth edges. For babies that put everything in their mouths, I'd hope the product would be smooth (e.g., sanded down more). Unfortunately, it's not the case. So, I'd say this product checks the box for being natural and made in the usa...but could be improved to be more "baby friendly."

Muticolored Teething Necklace and Bracelet

This necklace and bracelet set are very nice. The necklace is knotted after every bead and feels very durable. The bracelet looks as pictured, I do have an issue on how it's made though! The bracelet was made with elastic, the beads are not knotted between each bead! The bracelet could easily be broken by a baby due to being made made with elastic. I really wish I had known this, I would have only ordered the necklace and saved myself a little money because I'm sure I will not use it. Shipping took about 4 weeks which is understandable due to the fact it was shipped from Lithuania. If you want fast shipping look elsewhere! My Little guy isn't teething yet so I'm not sure how effective it is yet. I do have him wearing it though. Overal it's a pretty little set!

Cute dog theme with lots of different shapes for your child to sort. Because the sorter is a ball shape it rolls/moves while putting shapes in making it more difficult for little hand to hold still. Otherwise not bad.

Little Tikes Swing Along Castle

This was a gift to my daughter from the Grandparents for her 1st birthday. Her enjoyment in it was enthusiastic to start with, but very short lived. At the time, she was a new walker and although the steps up to the slide were short, they were a challenge for her to climb. As another reviewer said, by the time she had the hang of climbing and sliding within the next couple of months, the slide was way too short to hold her interest for very long.

The swing on this thing has very little range of motion. Instead of being suspended by a flexible rope or chain, the swing is attached with rigid bars, which stop the swing from going too far forward or backwards. While this is a sensible safety feature on paper, it doesn't translate to a very comfortable ride for the child being pushed by a parent.

I assume that the swing was designed for kids to use by themselves safely. However, most children in this age bracket aren't going to understand how to pump their legs to swing, they can't get themselves in and out of the straps with buckles, and if their legs are long enough to push themselves, they're too big for the swing.

I also feel that the entire unit becomes wobbly too quickly. Even after tighteing all of the fasteners several times, I always feel like it's a bit unstable and fear that it might collapse. It hasn't yet and I'm probably being overly paranoid.

My daughter is now 22 months old and the weather is warm enough for her to be outside again. She climbs up and over the unit, but not much else. We have purchased a very basic swingset for her with 2 belt swings, a toddler swing, glider swing, and slide for under $200 ... a far better investment, in my opinion. She will be able to enjoy this for years to come!

We purchased this playset for my son's first birthday, and we're very pleased! Although he's too young yet to climb ON the toy, he has a great time crawling through the castle and around and under the swing. We can also help him go down the slide, which he loves! He will definitely grow into this adorable and durable playset and it will get more and more fun as he gets older.

We have it in his indoor playroom, which it is sized perfectly for. It would also work well outdoors. The swing is a bit of a clunker, however. It doesn't swing very high, and only keeps his attention for a few minutes. That would NOT influence my decision, though, and I would purchase this set again if I had the chance!

We've had this set for a few months now and while it was initially a hit, it lost it's luster very quickly with my son. When we first got it (when he was 9 mos) he loved the swing, but was still too young to use the slide. Now, at 14 months, he no longer cares for the swing, and the slide is too short to really amuse him for long.

The swing is very stiff...it doesn't swing freely back and fourth. The way it's bolted onto the unit doesn't allow for it to go very far in either direction. My son is average in height, and when he sits at the top of the slide, it's almost as long as he is with his legs stretched out. As far as assembly, it wasn't too bad. I put it together myself in about an hour, but the slide was a thorn in my side. It (mine at least) wouldn't connect completely with the base, so there's a small gap between the slide and the top platform.

Overall, it wasn't a terrible purchase, but if given the choice again, I'd pass. It's something that be can only enjoyed for such a short time...I'd rather have taken the $140 and put it towards a larger, sturdier swing set that he can use as he continues to grow.

This is not worth ordering considering how short slide is. It is as long as my kid so he gets no enjoyment out of it. The swing doesn't do much either. He has been on this item 2 times for less than 1 min each. Not worth the price.

Buggyguard Retractable Stroller Lock

We took this on our trip to Disney World and it worked great. Once I got the hang of the mechanism I felt safe leaving my stroller while we were off doing other things. The lock did not have to be removed to collapse my stroller. It was very easy to work you still have to bend down and loop the wire through your tires, but if you didn't it wouldn't be much of a lock!!! Even when the Disney World staff moved the stroller and the wire got caught up in the wheels, it was easy to release the wire.

The only issue that we had was a user issue. I didn't give my husband training on how to unlock it and he left us to get the stroller while my son and I rode Peter Pan for the 5th time. Throughout the ride I kept thinking to myself "please don't let him try to get the lock off." Well he did and he either: hit all the buttons so many times that he broke the mechanism OR changed the code without knowing that he changed the code. Either way I couldn't get the thing unlocked. Luckily for us, Disney came and clipped the wire for us. NOTE TO MOMS: Either don't let your husband unlock it or fully train him on how to unlock it.

I'm not the type to write reviews but this one is worth it. The buggyguard stroller lock is long overdue and my husband and I have really enjoyed using ours. It's great for when we go to Disney World to know that our stroller will be there when we return from all the rides. I highly recommend this cute lock to anyone going to Disney or any other park. You'll be glad you have it. Trust us. We will not leave our $400 stroller unattended without the buggyguard. It's easy to put on and off and the peace of mind is invaluable It's also great to lock your bags to it as well. And I plan on using it on my kids bikes when they get older.

I bought this due to all the good reviews and for peace of mind when leaving my stroller unattended in the park/zoo/amusement park. I think that it's overpriced for such a flimsy cable lock. It really looks like it can be cut fairly easily. I've seen bike cable locks thicker than this for half the price! But if we're to assume people don't usually walk around with pliers, it's better than leaving your stroller unlocked. I also wish it was longer. It's only 4 feet long. In the commercials, it shows that you can pull this thing through the back wheels of any stroller to lock the stroller to itself. I have a Baby Jogger City Elite Single Stroller and the cord is too short to go through the back wheels and lock, so I can't even do that. And the most annoying thing, every time I try to lock it, the monkey unlatches from the velcro thing so I have to AGAIN and AGAIN reinsert it into the plastic holder piece, and carefully do this so it doesn't fall out again. It's such a frustrating pain in the butt!

The only thing I like about it is that it's retractable, and it offers some peace of mind when I'm with my child -so I'm not constantly looking over my shoulder to check on the stroller. Otherwise, it's a pain and sometimes I feel like not even dealing with it and just leaving the stroller!! :( I'll be purchasing a THICKER, LONGER and CHEAPER bike cable and throwing the Buggyguard in the garbage!

Fisher-Price Laugh and Learn Stride-to-Ride Puppy

First time video review. Pretty happy with my script, but the camera work was shaky enough to attract attention from people wishing to make a Cloverfield sequel. Oh well.

Many good things about the Fisher-Price Laugh and Learn. It's a durable, safe, entertaining, educational toy. Highly recommended.

We bought this as our 9 month old son is "cruising" and seemed ready for a walker like this. He loves the Fisher Price Puppy and this seemed really cute, albeit pricey.

This puppy has a lot going on. There is the walker aspect, and when pushed puppy tilts his head and sings/says phrases. There is a little storage area with shapes and shape cut-outs on puppy's side. There are also buttons that make puppy speak or sing on his collar and on his nose. And finally there is the ride-on part for older children. There are several different settings for what you want puppy to say you can switch it to "educational" "imagination" etc. so it's a pretty good variety of sounds and phrasesyou can make puppy really interactive or not so much depending on your preference and your child's age.

Our son loves the puppythe first thing he does every morning is crawl over to press the nose which makes the puppy say various phrases. He hasn't quite figured out the three additional buttons on puppy's collar that also make puppy speak. Also, he doesn't get the shape sorting yet, but he likes to gnaw on the shapes ;)(Our kitten, on the other hand, loves to bat the shapes into and out of the puppy via the shape cut-outsit's ridiculous). He figured out he can stand up using the handle as leverage but has not been able to push puppy yet because it's quite stiff on our carpeting and requires more force to move than he can exert yet. I think this would be great for someone with hardwood floors concerned about toys moving too easily. Also, he has tried to stand using the handle as leverage from the side and puppy tips over on top of him. Never badly enough to harm him or even make him cry but it may be a consideration. In summary, I think (hope!) in a few months time this toy will get a lot of use, but right now our son isn't quite mature enough to appreciate it, aside from the big red nose button.

Edited to update: it only took a few weeks and baby boy got the hang of pushing puppy. It is his hands down favorite toy now. He pushes him up and down the hall with a huge grin as puppy sings to him. So cute!! That said, I still feel like I want to buy him another walker toy if i see one on sale because puppy is just so stiff and difficult to maneuver/navigate. My son almost has an easier time pushing the stand up table/piano/activity center that doesn't have even have wheels. (He's all about practicing walking using anything he can get his hands on now!) we've tried adjusting the tightness of the screws on the wheels on puppy but it doesn't help. Nevertheless, puppy is a very well loved toy in our house and I do not regret purchasing.

I gave this toy to my 2 1/2 year old niece. I didn't realize that it came unassembled, but her mom put it together in less than five minutes with a screw driver and the four to six screws included.

My niece was on the "doggy" and scooting around the house laughing at the doggie's head turning and music playing (or alphabet being sung). Three blocks are included and the puppy can "eat" them or the child can put them in the appropriate sized holes in the puppy's left side and then retrieve them from the opening on the right side.

The sounds are not overly loud, so this isn't going to be a nuisance for the parents.

The giggles and repeating what the doggie says proved to be delightful for the family gathered around.

I really knocked one out of the park with this birthday gift!

We bought this for our 9 month daughter and super excited about the activities it has. There are a few different modes, tons of songs and shapes to sort. It works to push and when the child is older to ride. It is very easy to build. Unfortunately we had to return the productit does not work on hardwood floors at all. The wheels do not spin making it dangerous since it just slides out fast when pushing. On carpet I think it would be an excellent toy but if you are planning to use on wood or tile then do not get it.

We chose the red flyer walker wagon instead, it works great on the hardwood and we LOVE it.

I got this for my 13 month old and she LOVES it! The design is great-the seat lifts up so she can push it as a walk behind, but it also drops down for a ride on toy. It sings LOTS of different songs (YAY-now mommy doesn't have to listen to same one tune over and over!) It also lights up, which she finds mesmerizing! It rolls easily. The only thing I'm not a huge fun of is the size. It's considerably larger than other ride on toys and because it's so wide, my little one cannot put her leg over it and get on by herself. I guess the good thing about that is it gives her something to grow into, but that also means it takes up a lot of space in the house. Overall, though, I LOVE the fisher price learning puppy line of toys and this one fits that VERY well and my daughter loves it!

Mary Meyer Brainy Baby Flip Around Friend Stacker

This two sided stacker, from the Brainy Baby collection is neat. With one side being the lion and the other side being the elephant, my nephew has had fun playing peekaboo with it. The colors are striking and the materials are durable.

Fisher-Price Lil' Zoomers Tug and Rumble Airplane

My son has low muscle tone, and we're constantly looking for toys that will help him build his strength. My sister purchased this toy for him, and it's been a valuable asset in activating different muscle groups. There are so few toys out there like it...I would definitely recommend it for kids with low muscle tone and for kids in general.

My mother purchased this toy for my 10 month old. It's durable and just the perfect size to fit in his hand. My mother was expecting a larger toy, but I think it's the perfect size for the age. My son isn't strong enough to pull the cord, so it's definitely a toy that parents must play with their kids. He likes to push it around though. It doesn't drive forward, but instead sits there and shakes. It held his attention over and over so I rated it a 4. I would have rated it a 5 if it would have been easier for him to pull the cord. Overall great toy for the money. I think that it was previous poor reviews because most parents expect children to just play by themselves instead of having to play with them.

Disappointed with this item. I assumed, incorrectly, that the lead plane would have a little forward motion since the wheels aren't fixed. The toy seems too hard for a very young child to pull. Besides, once pulled, the bungee reaction is instantaneous, not even allowing time to set the planes down on the ground. Pulling while the planes are on the ground is awkward.

Lamaze High-Contrast Flip-Flop Bug Rattle

I ordered this toy for my 2 mo old baby and I just loved it so much! I have two large Lamaze toys with a bunch of stuff hanging out of them and I think they are too much for a little baby to handle. This one is small, simple and suitable for tiny hands. More importantly it is a rattle! It is not loud just perfect! The dark-green sides can be used for teething and both have different patterns. The red wings crinkle and can be lifted up to find that under them there is the beetle's stripy belly:) Very cute!

Awe! It's adorable. I purchased this to be a baby shower gift from my daughter to her soon to be 1st cousin and am SO glad I did. My daughters nickname is "Bug", so I thought it would be perfect to find a bug baby toy. This was the only one that interested me on my search & wasn't over-priced. The patterns are so pretty & the crinkle sound is not weak like some crinkle toys are. It is definitly worth $6. I hope the baby will love it too.

Very well made,the picture doesnt do it justice. My wife loves the lady bug theme and everything she has has ladybugs on it, but this is awesome. My daughters eyes just lit up when she saw it and played with it until she passed out. I bought this before my son was born, so I've been able to watch him grow with this bug. He used to like looking at the lady bug side when he was a newborn and once he figured out how to grab things when he was around 3 months old, he liked to hold the bug and make the wings crinkle. Now he is 6 months old and he passes this bug from hand to hand, turning it over between passes...and this can go on for almost an hour. This bug is easy for him to hold and he likes to chew on the handles and the orange antennas. I would highly recommend this toy.

She has slowly begun to learn how to move it around with her hands and is now able to consciously pull open the red crinkly flaps, which are definitely the most interesting part of this toy for her. She has a lot of fun playing with this toy and the different colors help keep her entertained. The different fabrics are also fun for her to play with.

I bought this doll for my one year old Granddaughter. No one mentioned that this was a boy baby and that even the voice was that of a boy. This product should be offered with both genders, one for girls and one for boys. Very expensive doll for what we received. When you touch its eye it says cheek. To get the doll to say eye, you have to press the top of its forehead. Definitely a disappointment for the money.

This doll is great. It has been teaching our 1yr. old the parts of the body. If doll isn't being touched for about a minute it says "I'm bored".

This is unnecessary.

Bunnies By The Bay Sweet Buns Bunny

I purchased this as a gift for a friend with a new baby. I have previously purchased the Pink Sweet Buns for my niece when she was a baby and she sleeps with it every night and loves it. I was a little disappointed because the yellow and blue versions are a different "fur" and did not have the same big floppy ears. It is still a great item and I believe it will be loved dearly by the new baby.

We love our bunny. Started overstuffed so with years of being loved it wont pack down as easily.. I would love for them to have this size with the bean bag body!!

I was looking for a stuffed bunny like one i had as a baby for my baby girl. Super bulky, soft and cuddly. Little girl can't really do much with this stuffed toy since its so bulky. Wish I had known before hand. It's still super cute and soft and generally what I was looking for.
